Yeah I picked the wrong F1 game. Ugh I hate my life.

I just can't get into manager games. Looks like fun for those that like to watch the action vs. partaking. I've tried coach mode, manager modes and GM modes in other games and I just end up going back to just playing it.

I used to be that way. But now they show the actual race or games unfolding in such detail it's immersive enough for me.

I honestly don’t think not being able to drive the cars is a valid criticism of a management game. It’s an entire seperate genre from sim racing. To me that’s a criticism of the genre rather than the game itself.

Considering early release just started yesterday, right this moment is it moddable? No. Will it be in the future, I'd say the chances are high that as with most PC games people will find a way to mod it.

Unfortunately there is no steam workshop type modding built in.

Started a career taking over Aston Martin. Will be trying to poach a better driver to replace I assume the retiring Vettel. Only got into preseason stuff. Started a new suspension design. I'll go into the first race weekend tonight.

After watching Aarva play a couple episodes it appeared simulating practice sessions were too powerful versus controlling them himself. I'll try to avoid simulating anything for the challenge.

Huh? Your complaint was that you couldn't drive? The game is F1 Manager. The game is completely designed as a management sim. You don't take control of players in OOTP Baseball or Football Manager. What an idiotic complaint in this review. Wow
