Unless you tuned specifically to stop zig zag cheese (I'm not sure why you would) I can't imagine you having to touch sliders for this fix.

They have almost every big looking like a superhuman Dirk on those post fades, really any shot out of the post, in MC and there's nothing I can do to mitigate it. Was this after the recent patch? What was his FG% on those shots?Say "No" to railroaded MC modes.Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 Patch 1.07 Available Now For PS4, No Patch Notes Yet...
And I have came to conclusion, the best NBA 2k17 was at release date. Every patch/tuning update they do make the game worse each time. Sadly, I am not alone with that view of the matter.
2k/VC caters too much for Online scrub community who yells the loudest and who gives... 2k extra cash. This starts to look very FIFA like, where FIFA caters for FUT crowd a lot, so changing gameplay to suit FUT players and Offline Single Players? Well, they have to cope with it (aka shove it guys, you don't earn us more monahhhhh).
Seriously, 7 patches in and we still have generic Kuzminskas face and hair style? Westbrook hair style not updated since forever? Body types being worse then they were in 2k16 (there was more variety to them), kits wrong for many teams...
I do get that for most gameplay should come first, but ffs it's 2016 people. Gaming days changed. We CAN demand PROPER and FINISHED product. Hell, PES 2017 adds updated player faces to the game, FIFA can do it too. 2K is just LAZY. Also 7GB patch without graphics in it is barbaric size.
Simple gameplay fix they did takes 100MB at most and that's the size PC users get of gameplay patches (100-200MB).
Why PS4 has to download 7.5GB worth of junk I don't know!!Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 Patch 1.07 Available Now For PS4, No Patch Notes Yet...
2k18 should have the option to buy only offline gameplay, or online, or both..., and then, when the patches are only for online stuff, you don't have to waste time downloading it (if you're a offline player, and viceversa for online players). I only play offline so , plus, I'd like to save the space in hard disk, I mean all the space that online stuff take from my disk.Comment

Only thing I usually adjust is the shooting sliders for shot percentages. Since the latest patches shooting then it will definitely be back to the drawing board once the patch DL. Each patch has made me completely start over. So yes, it has been 6 different sets of sliders. Just when you find the right mix, something else changes.
I'll adjust as usual but the Patrick steward meme is exactly how I feel.http://neverfollow.biz (Independent Music Group)Comment

Re: NBA 2K17 Patch 1.07 Available Now For PS4, No Patch Notes Yet...
On a good note: played 2 games last night of NBA Today. Might be a placebo but the AI doesn't have those superhuman speed bursts and on a fastbreak it's not bumper cars anymore but you still can't throw lobs. I did 2 in a game last night and that's like finding a needle in a haystack type of thing.
I will play some games later to see if it's the same. I liked what I saw last night. 2 games isn't enough for me. Will play more NBA Today games.Comment

The funny part since the beginning is this: there's nothing wrong with the shooting! It's the defense, fastbreaks and other crap that needs to be addressed. Offense out of the box until now has always been good regardless of how many updates they do. Offense is fine. Fix the damn defense and fastbreaks

Re: NBA 2K17 Patch 1.07 Available Now For PS4, No Patch Notes Yet...
how about fine tuning and making the CPU play within the players attributes. Sick of seeing players like Pekovic become Dirk and start doing spinning fade aways and making them. WTF...Actually see this from a lot of Centers in the game. Everything is so cheap on the AI side and they rarely earn their points.
My running joke right now (well Aron Baynes has been for 2 years) is the way the AI plays with Aaron Brooks he would be a strong 6th man candidate. Aron Baynes plays like prime Ewing in the recent 2K games. It's unacceptable to me that these type of players play like this on a game but are not close to being this good in real life even in D-League or in a rec.Comment
