I will be surprised if each new commentator has the depth of lines we are used to, I can see them all having bare bones recording and becoming repetitive fast, but with 2k they may have gone above and beyond guess we will find out

Nice trailer!

The only thing I don't like is the too-much-nonesense attitude in the studio. I wish they did more serious analysis a/la NFL 2K5, maybe Kenny showing a play on the screen and explaining it, etc..

I can feel what you're saying, but the comedy elements are true to the vibe those guys have going in their real show.

Liked this trailer a lot. Just really hope that there isn't too much straying away from the game with the commentary. Too often they go on and on about the team's past or the commentator's past and they can be lacking in actual play by play calling when it's needed (particularly in the clutch).

I am the most excited about this probably. The different commentary teams will add so much variety to the game. I am glad they addressed the crowds as well; there were certain noticeable and annoying crowd noises in 2K16 .

Yeah, I understand what you guys are saying, and the laughs are needed for the authenticity, but I was hoping for some deeper studio broadcast.

I'm in the minority here, I would assume, but I prefer more of a serious studio broadcast, something different. I'd take that any day over the guys joking around. I should add that I'm not a big fan of their show anyway, but that's just...me. I wish 2K took a different route/different studio guys, but doesn't look like it's going to happen any time soon. Oh well, still good job on the entire presentation package.

I just played a game of 2K16, and I compared Giannis body to his body in 2K17...holy man. In 2K16 he has muscles in his arms. He has definition. In 2K17, his arms look like wet noodles.
