You don't need to be online to play this at all minus downloading the game/updates/optional pictures, etc. I haven't played Front Office Football but the game is super deep and the only one in its realm is football manager. It has a very steep learning curve if you have never played it before. I'm pretty sure there are tutorials to help if you need it though.
