I had already did that stuff last week but didn't seem to help me. Played 2 games this morning and the first was playable for the most part, but the second was more like what I've been experiencing.

So sick of the CPU's on-ball defense. It's like every player knows where you're going before you do, and just bumps you off your path.

I remember before the game was released how 2K was pimping the smarter, improved defense this year. Should've known they would've used a cheap tactic like this.

I agree man. I'm all for 2K wanting to improve on ball defense but they went a little overboard with it. When every player sticks to you like glue & is constantly bumping you (which would be a foul IRL) it makes the game not fun at times. 2K needs to really reevaluate on ball defense next year.

I finally actually started to use the sig size ups after watching The 24th Letter's videos. I'm able to get by the CPU with more consistency now:

I also need to learn the game better. Bought the game at launch yet I still don't really know how to play the game.

I actually bumped down the OBD slider for the CPU since I wasn't a beast on the sticks(pause)like 24 is. Knocked it down to about 30 and it's helped me out as far as being able to get pass the CPU without worrying about them sticking like glue.

Much better than leaving it as is knowing my skills aren't quite good enough to get past them with ease.

are u on HOF?
i'm on superstar and has no prob with this. i actually quite like it. if only 2k can allow our cpu pg only to full court press that would be lovely.
is MCW quick in the crossover? he's so tall for a pg and i wonder if it hinders his speed from blowing past defenders.

Plus, you have take in consideration if Deron Williams have the proper acceleration rating to blow pass his defender.

this. went to try this out last night.
imo D. Will can still be effective getting past defenders. his signature moves has huge movements, so i would think he needs more space to work. On the second clip i struggled with CPU's sticky-like defense. i like to play easy and not so much on spaming the controls. so on the 3rd clip, i called for big man pick to attack.

Yeah man like I said, I've had to go back to the drawing board with some of my pet moves that aren't as effective anymore. Don't blame anyone for adjusting as needed ....

Here's some a I pulled off today though...

A simple move and a new cross I'm definitely adding to the holster

HAHAHA.... Love it... As this is the only team I use on the game because I rep where I'm from... Lol. You have to you his size ups because on SS sim it's to to just us regular cross with him to blow by plp.. His sig creates a lot of space 1 v 1.. Enough to chain his step back or pull up jumper as well.. Great vid send more lol.

I guess I just don't think you should always have to pull of a dribble move (or multiple moves) to get past a defender.

If I'm R. Westbrook, and a scrub is up on me, I should be able to blow past him off the dribble (without using any crossover, etc)...or at the very least, draw a blocking foul.

I don't know if it would help but after all those steps, another stuff i did was to turn all psn notifications off. You may give it a try.

And also if your tv is 4-5 years old try to close every fancy feature that it advertises back in time as well. (Pixel plus, dnm etc.)

Your 2nd paragraph happens way too often, and it's incredibly unrealistic. I always have big men switching on my PG, and still have to work my rear off to get past them. It's just so cheap.
