Are Heavyweight & Light heavyweight faster? They were very sluggish in EA UFC, wasn't enjoyable like the lighter classes.

I am talking about the style that Holly Holm was specifically throwing. All the other standing elbow strikes were either a spinning backwards elbow strike that Jon Jones had in the last game or an elbow strike in the clinch.

I want the kind Holly Hohm threw, where as you aren't close or in a clinch. You just throwing elbow strikes like punches. That is what I am wanting and been wanting ever since Jon Jones was doing it to Rashaad Evans years ago.

I swear those are already in UFC 1. Let me check later tonight.

If I recall correctly the elbow that you see around :25 on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2W_LhGVZNk

and the Jon Jones spinning back elbow were the only elbows in the game.

Thats the elbow. I'm not sure if they added more. I'm going to make it a point to look harder at the striking additions at the next event.

There is one with the lead hand and another with the rear hand like that. Hendricks, Lawler, Condit (i think Rampage) have it.

does the striking 'feel' different or is it mostly the same?

I think they need to add more getting hit animations- in the elbow video you look at the flying knee landing and it ruins the suspension of disbelief because of how inept it seems if that makes sense.

Its stronger. The blows have more power to them. I hated in UFC 1 that you could practically walk through head kicks. That wasnt the case in the build I played. They are still tweaking striking so it may be improved even more.
