Cousins is getting snubbed hard. Not sure if it's because of his bad personality or bad team but neither should have an impact on his 2k stats. He's the closest thing to Shaq since Shaq and the numbers show it. He was head and shoulders above the field of Centers last year.

You buggin, hard! Lol. Can't mention Boogie and Shaq in the same breath! Nope. I need a full 60- second timeout on that one!

I cant really get too mad at this list... Whiteside should be in the top 3-5 by mid-season...

I would have loved to see Valunciunus (Butchered his name) on this list ahead of Hassan. He is more athletic, better offensively and plays good defense.

Watching a highlight of Cousins skews people's perception. He can be dominant at times but he isn't all that efficient, shoots way, way too many jumpers. He shot 545 Jump shots for 31% according to BB reference in 59 games. 9 jumpers per game for a center jeez? Turns the ball over a ton commits a bunch of illegal screens, bad fouls some of this is he is getting targeted by refs but still.

While I agree that Cousins may not have the best shot selection in the world, but there is something to be said when you are playing in lineups with Rudy Gay, Jason Thompson, Ben McLemore and Darren Collison.


They have awful floor spacing which forces Boogie to rely more on his jumper than he normally would.

Cousins has athleticism? no definitely not

Watch a few games man. He is very athletic for his size

handle is skill, not athleticism. dude can't jump. his speed is alright but not fast.

More to being a athlete than speed and hops although those help. How bout strength and quickness, which he is loaded with. Shaq was a great athlete but ya never heard anyone raving about his speed and vertical.

nah you said he has skills and athleticism ... 6 of the center in that list have the same athleticism and that's close to 0,0! Cousins isn't athletic at all. he can barely jump 10 inches. he has loads of skills and power but zero athleticism. Dwight, Jordan, Whiteside, Drummond are the atletic guys. I think we just have another definition of the word athleticism. whatever

True but I don't much stock in that because that's more of a team rating than an individuals... It just refers to the team's performance while that player is on the floor, which I don't find to be useful a lot of the time especially given the consistent line-up issues with Miami.

The biggest issues last year for Miami were team chemistry and injuries, those are not Hassan's fault.

Was it? I'd be curious to see the numbers that suggest that's the case; I remember when DPOY was being talked about that his detractors pointed out the defense was statistically better with him on the bench than they were with him on the court, and that while he blocked a lot of shots, he was only average in terms of rim protection numbers.

Yes, the Clippers Were Much Better With him on the court on both offense and defense.

Yeah this list is a joke... Gobert is easily top 10 center. He's actually probably already #1 defensively.

Lol @ Jefferson or Whiteside being better than him... Even Drummond or Lopez actually.

Vucevic is highly overrated too, he can't defend...
