Based on what? The only thing Curry should have over Russ is shooting. Maybe even give him a slight advantage in the Shot IQ rating. Like the slightest advantage.

I agree. Curry has been super hyped up after his team won a championship and didn't play a single healthy team. You could name 6+ better than Curry. LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Anthony Davis, Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook and James Harden.

Russell Westbrook also averaged more assists than Curry. Just because Curry throws better flashier passes doesn't mean he is a better playmaker.
