Don't know what happened. I got the email almost a month ago. Check you spam email and filters first to see if it went there.

If it's not there, log into the PowerUp Reward site to see what Email address is associated with the account. Maybe the coupon was sent to a different Email address or the address they have is misspelled.

Lastly, call PowerUp support to see what happened. Maybe the person ringing up the sale didn't attach the sale to your Rewards membership number.

Wow, I'm such a boner.. looked around everywhere and I CAN'T find the case for my PS3 copy. I already pre-ordered the PS4 copy and paid the $20 (+tax) difference. Unless it's at my girlfriend's place, I'm boned.
