Online dynasty commissioner controls are still locked in the off season (with the exception of kicking or promoting users) so dynasty's that entered the off season on a paused clock are still sol.

The mass subs issues seems to be fixed. Not seeing coaches sub in 4 or 5 players at a time.

Hey guys since I downloaded the patch I ran into a new bug (at least I never experienced it):

The bug I'm experiencing is: There was 2 minutes left of the 4th quarter, the cpu holds on the inbound pass and the ref will not call a 5 second inbound rule.

edit: Also the clock pauses and everything. In order to fix this (if you don't mind losing your milestone, etc.) I had to go to controller and click on the cpu team and call an timeout.

Has the lack of fouls even with the foul sliders maxed out been fixed?
