Eddie is in.
No TNA wrestlers. Take out the Dudleyz, the Hardyz (doubt Matt would get in without Jeff) and Snow.

With all the copies, I think I may pass on the game. It is going to be a cluster****. WWE 12 didn't handle 2 Kane's well. Maybe they accounted for it this year, but I can already see how bad Universe will get.

Tonight's main event: 6 man tag match, Hunter Hearst Helmsley, HHH, and Triple H vs. Mankind, Dude Love, and Cactus Jack.

Ahh, didn't see Eddie and I don't think I've watched TNA for more than 5 min ever to know that the Dudleys and Hardyz are in it.

Ah well, I'll just have to CAW the Ring of Honor Roster :P Kevin Steen is gonna have to run buckshot through WWEs current trash

I don't think they have rights to Sting. Yes they took over all of WCW rights but I believe Sting owns his own gimmick therefore cannot be used.

Why could they not just make these costume/pallet swaps and add more wrestlers. Especially on the Attitude roster.

They couldn't have gone that route with the format they use now. They would have had DX HHH coming out to his current theme. A simple second costume doesn't cut it for this.

A few they could have added IMO are:

Goldust (this one really disappoints me to be honest)
Eddie Guerrero
The Dudleys
The Hardeys (leaving them out while including 2 Lita's just blows my mind)
Hardcore and Crash Holly
The Headbangers
Owen Heart (would have been a nice nod, but I can understand his late wife being opposed)
Droz (now THAT would have been a classy nod seeing as he basically gave up his health for the company)
Al Snow
Val Venis

Goldust was fired. Eddie G is in the game. The Dudleyz and Hardyz work for a rival company; no dice. Hardcore Holly would have been great, but an easy fix via CAW. I don't remember the Headbangers contributing much to the era. Owen is obvious, as you stated. Al Snow was goofy, but did make his mark in the era. Venis is a stretch for PG.

It's a shame Steve Blackman, Chyna, and Kurt Angle were left out, but I understand why for the last two.

Chris Benoit WOULD have been a great addition...

WWE 13 is such a let down in some things give how much more advanced these consoles should be. No Mercy, each wrestler had 4 attires and profiles which meant I could literally have 4 different wrestlers to a slot. Now you couldn't change movesets and rivalries, but I'd think they could manage that now. Give 2 current attires to just about every person and then the guys with old forms, give them 1-2 classics. Would be nice to have Corporate Ministry Taker to do something there. Would be nice to have NOD Kama Mustafa (sucks there is no D'Lo Brown).

Now maybe if community creations is improved 100 of times over, I'll be interested a bit more. From looking at the list of guys last year, I still need 45 from the late 90's and early 2000's that I decided on last year. So don't know yet.

Looking at that list made me say "huh" a couple times.

Just the opposite for me, ha. But that just proves it's been a while since I watched wrestling. WCW was still going on (though it was in its final years) when I last watched wrestling on a regular basis.

Its nitpicking but I kind of agree with him. I always thought the Attitude Era was good for the product WWE was putting out, not necessarily for the wrestlers.

That era had memorable mid to lower carders because they where always involved in some kind of story. (not to mention the matches they put on; European Title match being the same length as a current PPV main event for example) Leaving most of those guys out (which I understand for the different reasons) would just leave us with guys we already had in the game with alternates of themselves, (which we actually ended up with) that would have been cool for DLC. I probably wouldnt even miss the "story mode" especially if no story mode/attitude mode meant for a beefed up Universe Mode.

I think this concept would of had move value if it was focused on the pre Attitude era or even the 80's.

Would have been cool to see guys like Yokozuna in the game!

While I understand that it wouldn't work with the way that WWE 12 was set up, the simple solution is to add a second (or third, etc.) entrance and allow the user to select the entrance. Or just add the entrance to the CAW piece itself instead of making it a separate area. If you're going to have this many duplicate people, it seems like the perfect time to add that functionality.

His statement can't be entirely true since last year they had Cody Rhodes (with the same model) with his Dashing and Masked gimmicks. That includes two entirely different entrance animations, themes and videos.

THQ is just giving people WWE '12 with 4 new current wrestlers (Epico, Primo, Hunico & Jinder Mahal) and a tacked on Attitude mode. Good job, Yukes/THQ!!!!

The roster is amazing. If improvements to Universe mode are good, I want this game almost as much as Madden 13.
