It should be Lebron James. With Miami winning the title, Lebron being the MVP & Finals MVP and him being the hottest, most hyped athlete coming off a championship. If you want you're game to be associated with the best you get Lebron James. No more of the Bird, Magic, Jordan covers... lets give this generation some love.

So did they put D-rose on the cover knowing he probably won't even play this year? Avoid Madden curse cause he is already injured? I really don't know why it would be D-rose. He is amazing and great...yes I agree but he won't be better then Durant n the Bulls still have not been a flawless championship team since 1998.
They need to surround him with better people. SHAQ won a ring 2k8, 2k9 KG Champ with Bos, 2k10 Kobe wins another. 2k13 go back to champions/mvps CURRENTLY and it should be LeBron.

If thats the case then it's Lebron. The way the NBA logo is put in makes it appear like somone giving the ROC sign and the way the colors are it can sort of look like a headband.. I'm definately looking too much into it but it should be Lebron.

that makes sense now that u said that all those black spots might be where players are gonna be so Im now thinking that it might be rose, lebron , durant, melo trying to reach greatness or sum shhh with jordan at the top of the ladder

1)KD and LeBron in a Madden 10 like cover

2)The Dream Team from 92 since like 10/12 players were in 2K12

3)A group picture of the best NBA players of now/then in a NBA 09 The Inside-like cover

I really don't care who is on the cover, because in all honestly it doesn't matter... I want to know whats IN the game not ON the game. You can have MJ himself and the game still be wack; 2K12 is a testament to that. Give me a solid game that I wont fall asleep while playing on after a couple of weeks.
