It's not that they "can't" do it....they just haven't done it.
There was no real reason to do it even remotely until last year when they introduced rain....
...and this year.....they just had too much else to do in regards to the art time.
Madden has had weather in it's game for YEARS.
That's the difference.
I think we will see it in this game .....eventually.

I don't think the division of SCEA that creates MLB The Show is anywhere near as big as the division of EA that creates Madden. I'm just throwin' that out there cause I don't consider EA Sports and SCEA of America to be alike in the financial aspect.

This makes me want to go there this spring in time for the Exhibition games, the stadium looks great
