Re: UFC Undisputed 3 - Fighters In Multiple Weight Classes

No Rumble at MW. No Sexyama at WW. No GSP at MW. I think you get my drift.

I understand that Rumble and Sexyama are recent changes, but my point is that fighters move up and down quite a bit and without much notice. It would be nice to be able to fight guys in one weight-class up or down from their current weight-class. That way a guy like Aldo can fight LW's or Jon Jones could possibly move up to HW. Maybe it's in the contract or something.

Again, I'm not asking to have bantamweights fighting Heavyweights or anything silly like that. Opening up the weight-classes a little bit would add so much to the way I play the game.

GSP is at middleweight and THQ has always been consistent with if a fighter hasn't actually fought at that weight class...they don't add the new weight class. Thats why Marquardt is still only at MW. Akiyama won't be officially at WW until after the game is released.

The only reason GSP is at MW is because people have been demanding it for years.

AH, I knew I read about GSP yesterday, but I scanned right over his name today.

I'm not necessarily complaining about the weight-classes, I'm just saying that it's sort of a "wish list" type thing for me because of how I prefer to play. I'll play through career mode once or twice and I don't play online at all. What I do is set up my own "fantasy UFC world" and take the place of Dana/Joe Silva. I set my own match-ups and track records, win/loss streaks, titles, fight/title history, etc on spreadsheets. Heck, I even have cuts and medical suspensions.

So with playing this way I obviously want the as many fighters as possible and as many fighters that can fight in multiple weight-classes as possible. But, like I said, I'm not complaining. I'm not even really disappointed actually because I didn't expect it. I'm just hoping that maybe they can somehow patch the guys who actually change weight-classes (I'd even pay for them) so that I can at least play those match-ups. Although, I'm not at all expecting that.

Yeah, I'm also with Hakeem. That screenshot is wrong on so many levels. OS could've at least used the fighters in standing positions. LMAO!
