Does it actually work for you. I tried to go by that a few times but straight misses.

Are the retail versions controls sluggish and unresponsive like the demos for 2k11 and 2k12?

Right when I see the light I release and that's been pretty consistent for me

Could be placebo effect guys but has anyone adjusted their game default settings under their profile on xbox live dashboard? Previously mine was set to easy ever since the MLB2k11 demo. In the MLB2k11 demo it was known that if you changed your profile difficulty it changed the difficulty of the demo. I could not hit to save my life initially in MLB and was getting curb stomped by the cpu (profile was set on Hard initially). Once I set it to easy I was able to hit the ball way more consistently.

Well I just went into the dashboard and changed it to hard and the heat are playing alot more aggressively, especially on d. They are much more aggressive in the passing lanes as well with Wade and LBJ intercepting and starting their two man fast break. Haslem actually blocked one of Dirk's fadeaway's for the 1st time in about 20-25 games. Again could be placebo but check it out.

I just changed mine to hard too and right off the bat it felt kind of different. The cpu plays way better defense, their actually in dirks face now when he has the ball instead of sagging off. Good thing about it though is that it doesn't feel like the cpu was cheating me. For some reason the game felt faster, lebron destroyed me, he wasn't really passing out of shots when he drove to the basket anymore he was actually trying to finish at the rim and he was.
