It reminded me of last year when defenders would magically turn away from through-balls.

Nothing better than seeing your defender stand by and watch the ball instead of going after it.

I agree. Let's hope it is fixed by release. If it happens once in a while I suppose I could live with it but if it is constant that will be an issue.

A simple animation where the defender attempts to reach out with his foot would help tremendously.

That did look wonky at 1:30 in that video but...Sergio Ramos was user controlled the whole way. It looked like he might have been stuck in an animation after the goalie bumped into Ibrah and Ramos. Just my two cents, as it would be infuriating if you could not pull yourself out of an animation like that. However, I think we will rarely see something like this in the final product. Overall, I like the look of it but gameplay videos never tell the whole verdict of PES games, I will have to wait to play the game myself.
