I've noticed that the shorts do move a little... as for the jerseys it would be nice if they moved a bit, but if they ever implement that touch, they need to do it right. In some games where the jerseys move on the body they look like the players has a buffer over his skin between the jersey... it looks bad IMO. The NBA 2K series has this look.Comment

Not a huge fan but if the gameplay is like in this Demo this is my sports game of the Year .
Ping pong cpu passing seems gone and alot of random stuff which is nice and Graphics always look good.Comment

Re: FIFA Soccer 11 Demo Available Post Impressions Here (PS3, 360)
After playing both Fifa and PES demos I'm going to have to go with PES this year, a first for me. The customization options available in PES look too cool to pass up, not into all the EA gimmicks such as Superstars, etc... I was quite underwelmed by the FIFA demo, it feels like the same old same old...Comment

The pes demo is much better though, IMO. It just feels like real, tactical football.Comment

Re: FIFA Soccer 11 Demo Available Post Impressions Here (PS3, 360)
Full game is quite different than the demo. The crazy aggressive CPU defense is gone, and teams actually play the way they should. This year you can tell the difference between the Colchester Untied and Real Madrid - it's a joy.
The journey to find the perfect mesh as a user will definitely be tedious, however.
I tried all-manual, world class, right out of the box - hard to do, on top of that I use broadcast cam, so my angles are a bit messed up no matter what.
So I found that I'll stick to World Class, all manual except pass (semi) and cross (semi). This is a happy medium. Oh, and for those that don't know yet, ANalog sprint works both ways. Offensively it works like a charm, but when you use it as a defender - be ready to over pursue on multiple occasions until you perfect that pace.
I'm going to try a couple of games without analog sprint, and see how Legendary plays hoping I can defend a lot better.
I honestly love this game, and as you all know I'm a PES guy through and through. This just feels more like soccer to me.Comment

Re: FIFA Soccer 11 Demo Available Post Impressions Here (PS3, 360)
I can confirm that the absolute best combination of simulation football for this game is
1. Dynamic cam, zoomed out, height all the way down.
2. World Class.
3. All manual.
4. Holding R1+R2 (PES supercancel)
Dynamic cam makes the player models stand out to the max, incredible detail, and I've seen little animations that I have missed from Broadcast and Tele cams. You're more into the action, and the velocity of passes and shots are truly remarkable. FIFA finally got the physics of the ball right in 11.
Gameplay settings was tough to find. But World Class all manual is very nice, and in my opinion can only work with Dynamic cam because of angles issue as I had mentioned in my previous post. But the reason for WC is that the CPU does not play like a god, they make plenty of mistakes and while it's slightly easier to tackle them, it's realistic. Not like where LEgendary ALL players have incredible agility with the ball, not even giving the best defender to a chance.
I'll post a video here in a bit just for fun.Comment

Just tried the demo. Man, I really do not know how to play this game. I will use Matt's camera settings but does anyone have a list of the special controls? It's getting like the NBA games with all of different controls.Last edited by Eton Rifles; 09-26-2010, 11:29 PM.follow me on twitter: www.twitter.com/eton_riflesComment
