This is about as good as ESPN NBA Basketball 2004 is ever going to look. The dunk at 3:43 used to make me pull my hair out. Sometimes it's fun to compare a mix from that era to one from the current times to sort of appreciate the progress we've made. Watch Shady's mix again after looking at this one.

The free throw line dunk and 360 over Shaq were nice touches that truly bring out the essence of what 2K4 was all about.

2K4 may look ok in highlight videos or screenshots, but when you gave the ball to your C or PF, you were shocked to find out that there wasn't a post game AT ALL. Weird, because I do remember the back of the box saying something about working the ball inside...
The dunk (attempt) by Yao was pretty much the only dunk your big guys would perform, unless they were highflyers. This dunk happened like 99% of the time.
