for those having freezing issues, post what PS3 system you have. Maybe that could help narrow down the problem.

At least it would eliminate one potential cause.

Hmm... restarted by PS3 a couple more times, cleaned the disc (it didn't look dirty) and lo and behold, it works now.

just had my game freeze as i went to warm up a 2nd pitcher. It will not let me leave the screen. It tells me "You must replace Brandon League" he's the pitcher the Mariners just put into the game. I'm the Brewers. I cannot get out of the screen. bottom 7 tied game.. now i have to restart...

As far as the HBP freeze i had that prepatch, also I am starting to figure out the "fat" PS3 you should get rid of for the slim. The manage roster screen freeze, if you post that, it would help if you post what roster your using and if you have 30 team control on ? Roster control on ?

For the folks discussing the freeze at Manage Roster.... As I posted earlier, it is only happening in the OFFSEASON when you go to Manage Roster.. NO freezing issues going to Manage Roster during the season...

PS3 System is the 120gb

Also (and more importantly) I have not been able to make it past a sim or two in the offseason... It freezes as soon as I go to advance the day... Has happened every time so far..

The manage roster froze for me in the offseason. I have a 60 gb ps3.

And the draft problem seems to have been fixed with the patch, they've lowered # of A potential pitchers the way it was in 09.
