The games look pretty even to me. 2K has better faces for a bunch, Live has better faces for a bunch, and then there are a bunch where both games are either really good or pretty off.

4 out of every 10 faces is not a stretch and i am an artist as well. I am not saying they have to be perfect, nor do i expect it, but im just giving my opinion. I could care less what everyone else thinks. Im still gonna buy the game i chose.

most of these player faces are amazing, BUT, why after like 4 years, Live STILL has Antwan Jamison bald?!?!? lol im probably never gonna play with the Wizards, but still, there is no reason for this...Jamison had a low haircut for the longest now, and they STILL have him bald...

So after seeing the pics my favorites are Amare (looks the best IMO), Gilbert, Melo, JR, billups, and some others but i kinda forgot. The only one i was really disappointed with was Roy, just because i love playing with the blazers and he don't look right.

roy just looks really dark and it MIGHT be because of the lighting or something.

Some of these shots look absolutely horrid, well, i'd say about 75% do, can't even imagine how bad some of the bench guys are if the starters look so generically bad

I'm amazed at how many people think that these are "bad". The good news is, for those of you who don't like them, you have other options. So it's a win win.

ha i got nothing personal going on, i went thru them all and kind of laughed, they prob look better in action but in still shots, ugh!

I challenge anyone to find me 5 white guys that look anywhere close to decent in the game, seems to be a problem

observations

1. Some of these are apparently in big head mode

2. I see the straps on Rip's mask but can't see the actual mask

3. Rasheed Wallace,Ray Allen, Shaq and several others are just phenomenal

4. Who is that 5th guy on the Bobcats that you put in place of Gerald Wallace, because that sure as hell ain't him. Got the hair right, but that looks like an old photo of Melvin Ely.This to me is as egregious a mutilation of a face as Melo in 2k10..not a gamekiller but it sucks when it's one of your favorite players

definitely the winner in faces overall
