Thanks fella! I'll do the SG thing. I like the perimeter game. I'm nice with the center too! I hope the controls won't be too different. I liked the dribbling the way it was...

Well...If i'm taking this vid at face value, being a showcase of Kobe's signature animation, I will say a job well done I guess...

Gotta love 2k's PR team though. Same thing every year...

Exactly...I think it was more of a showcase. And it was done nicely. Don't worry though. A couple weeks from now 2k will throw a sizzle vid at us and we'll all be drooling again!

Dissapointig dribbling animation ,carrying + ball socked up ,kobe signature shot is off ,as most of the players in 2k series (right elbow and arm way outside ,not under the ball) kobe also use mainly straight hands to protect the ball ,or he fake drives .Hope critisism will help develop best ball game.

I'm pretty sure that exact move/moves were in 2K9 and just confirms my fears that 2K have taken the same path that EA did with Live for a number of years - and that is thinking their engine and game was solid enough to just release the same thing for a few years with minimum time, resources and obviously additions to try and maximize profit.

If you can pretty much make 1 or 1.5 games but sell them as 3, you're business will do well but they better know that they'll also be losing fans for future games in the process.

I hope the demo/draft thing prove me wrong, but I'm not holding my breath.

Oh and on the whole signature jumpshot animation thing... 2K still haven't got it right. There is no point in having players shoot their set shots like they do in real life, if they are just going to go to the generic stiff shooting when they shoot a leaner or fadeaway etc.

Just so you know, there are about 3 or 4 different leaners that you can edit. You might need to try looking at the information about the game.

Based on Pau's position at the end of the video I'll say the teaser is a mix from many plays. It's not a big deal anyways.

The vid is nice, but I don't like one thing. When Kobe explodes with the first step there's a moment when he's facing the crowd. I think the animation should be different when trying to beat the defender. I don't know how to explain it in english, but I think that last year, the "first step" animation was longer, and the offensive player attacked the rim with better position of his body. Maybe 2k is trying to do the game less animated and more controlled.

I hope you understand what I wanted to say, but I think that I'd explain myself poorly, so...
