like other ncaa enthusiasts, i am planning on making my alma mater and their opponents via teambuilder for RTG. i was wondering though, if i want to make a high school's roster reflect itself as a high school powerhouse, should i use powerhouse roster template? or should i make all teams "average" with players from the 60s to low 80s? i know it might seem like a dumb question, but i didnt know if the RTG player would be at a disadvantage going up against 80+ rated players or not. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

If it's only for RTG, the only things that you will need to do are colors / logos / uniforms / field / stadium. When you import your HS teams into RTG, that's all that is brought over and then in-game you determine what type of team it is.
They use a system where some examples of team types are:
Good Offense / Average Defense
Average Offense / Good Defense
Good Offense / Great Defense
