Any reason I can’t download team designs in MyLeague?

Deleted all my save data, completely wiped the game and reinstalled it, and still nothing. Every time I try to download a team design it just gets stuck on the “Saving team assets...” screen. Is there any fix?

how long has it gotten stuck on that screen because for the first three teams you relocate it could take like 2-3 minutes for it to fully relocate

I’m not relocating I’m trying to start a new MyLeague with expansion

its the same process though and has the same 2-3 wait time when loading up the team
