Well, I've hit a few home runs to right field with My Player (left handed hitter). However, the majority of home runs I do see (against my pitcher) do happen to go to opposite field (regardless of handedness). Even the majority of home runs I've hit do go to the opposite field. I do not use LS though. When I do use LS, I hit the ball where I wish (example is when doing contact & power drills).

The only "lefty glitch" that I remember is from High Heat. In the "lefty glitch" in 2K, does everything go to the opposite field or was it the majority?

Same here. All I've ever hit is opposite field bombs with lefties.

I consistently murder balls with Ryan Howard into the right field upper deck at The Bank.

If this is a glitch, I'm not seeing it.

Doing a WhiteSox franchise until the season starts. Just 11 games in. Just got done with a series with Cleveland at their house. I hit 3 bombs in the series. Quentin to left field (Power Swing), Konerko to dead center (Power Swing), & AJ Pierzynski just inside the pole to right field. Thorne waited to make the call on that one.

Cleveland went yard on me with Sizemore & Choo. Sizemore hit 2 (right-center & right) & Choo went to dead center for his.

I've seen pulled/opposite-field homeruns to all parts of the park by the CPU, just as I've hit them to all parts of the park.

Using Blazzen's sliders and getting some good games.

yeah boss, in my player my left handed batter has hit 7 of his 8 homeruns to left center field. the one that he hit to right field was 455 ft. i just figured i suck at timing...which is still true.

however, im still not claiming a glitch without playing for a little while longer.

Yeah, I didn't think it was a glitch. I use the classic controls and I think I am just late on everything.

It could be that in Pro difficulty the game plays slightly different than in a higher setting? I've played about 15 games on Pro and only have 3 homers, but I two of them were with Berkman as a lefty, and one was slightly pulled, to the right of the cafe in centerfield of MM Park. The other was hit the other way I think. The hit variety is pretty good in this game. The physics are solid. Game needs a patch to add more fielding errors and make the throws more realistic, as in not accurate lasers every time.

Dude it's you. I've only gone oppostie field on a HR w/ a lefty twice (Howard, Jason Jaramillo). Otherwise I've pulled HRs w/ Buster Posey, Chase Utley, Pedro Alvarez, and I've hit one to dead center w/ Pablo Sandoval.

Haha. I remember that well. The lefty hitters were so good in those games that I remember the online opponents will just stack their lineup with lefties only; even when most of them were scrubs. They all hit the ball so well going opposite field too.
