Online CCM: Trade Pending? (HELP!)

I am in an online ccm with 31 other people, whenever I send or accept a trade it just says trade pending, will the trade go through once we advance the week or something? Could it be because there have already been games played this week? Thanks.

If one person played their game for that week an the other person didn't the trade will not go thru untill both teams have played their games.

Example: The Gaints played the Browns today and now they want to trade Eli Manning to the Jets who plays on Monday. The trade will not go thru untill the following week.
