Set-up – We lose barely 9-8. I set up my company. They set up their Awesome first nearish me. The rest far away.

Turn 1 – We win init 7-6, also barely. They first move their Urbie. I cannot base it with my Atlas it’s 6 away. I charge 5 for stuff where possible. Our CRD moves 4 and bases their Cataphract. Our Spider bases it’s flank. Our Atlas moves 4 and bases their Hunch, our Banshee too. Their Awesome bases my CRD’s flank. Our Wolverine bases their Cataphract. They move their Spider last, not great for a leg chance. It jumps behind a hill to hide. Our PXH bases their Awesome’s flank. Weapons fire!!! I want to fire at their BM, let’s see if we can answer it, but it’s behind a hill, so their Awesome is targeted instead. Our Catapult’s ML hit the CT and hit the engine and gyro once each. Then our Grasshopper finishes the gyro with another hit with a ML too. Gyro down. No pieces though. Melee!!! We each kicked the Hunchback but in different legs. Then our Wolverine destroys the LL on their Cataphract!!!

Turn 2 – We keep init and win it 10-6, not that close. Our Banshee and TDR base their Urbie. Their Hunchback doesn’t rise. Our BM, Hopper and Stalker base their Marauder. Their BM stays in the same space, I based it for a head punt with our Wolverine. Their Spider bases my Atlas’s flank, and all I have left is my Spider and PXH and cannot get the PXH to it. I base their UrbanMech with the PXH. Our Spider to their BM’s flank. I fire at their BM if I can see it. Our Stalker and BM are in their Warhammer’s rear arc and cannot see it. Also our Awesome can only see their Wasp and fires on it. Their Urbie’s AC20 hit and destroyed our Atlas’s RA. Our Awesome PPC hit the ammo in their Wasp’s RT – dead mech!!! Our Stalker SRM hit the gyro once and engine three times on their Warhammer -shut down. It also destroyed its back LT, LA on the ground. Their Trebuchet hit our Atlas’s LT and destroyed too, LA on the ground. Our Spider hit the SRM ammo in their BattleMaster’s LT, boom, dead mech!!! Ouchie! Melee? Our Banshee legs their Urbie’s LL. Our TDR it's RL. Our Stalker the RL of their MAD destroyed. Our PXH hit the RT of their Urbie and it ammo explodes – dead mech!!!


They eject and surrender and we take them out.

Beginning of Contract #92:

Nov 12, 3030 – Arriving for a Pirate Hunting deal for the Lyran Commonwealth is Fiche a Cúig Company we just made!!! We arrive at the Zenith JumpPoint with An Invader, Achilles, Union and Leopard CV – we unload and scout and here are an Invader that just arrives and then a Union heading to planet with 2 fighters escort and then an Avenger and Leopard CV here. We get them all smashed up good, and destroy them both and all fighters too. We also capture their Invader since it hasn’t finished charging yet. Can I salvage their Leopard CV or Avenger? I toss a 5 and 8 – nope.

Battle Loss – We took 5 mill in damage and lost 4 fighters. 2 we can salvage for 1.25 mill and then lost 2 for 10,702,641 and then can bring in three of theirs for 2.1 mill.

We salvage at the JumpPoint – 8 mill.

Nov 15 – We land at their HQ where their Union and mech company meet us.

This is their Wasp 1W variant with 20 tons, 10 heat sinks, 6/9/6 movement, and then has for armor 2 tons one ton too light for weapons it’s got SIX Small Lasers - ouch if you are based to the good stuff. Pic? Sure thing!!!

Set-up – We lose 8-12. Ouch. They set up in the middle and nearish us in woods. Their Banshee is heavy woods.

Turn 1 – We get revenge and win init 8-6, closer but we win. They move their TDR first, 5 from my Charger, based! I charge most 5. Their Warhammer bases it’s flank, our Grasshopper bases it back and our PXh in woods next to it too. Our Jenner bases their Locust. I fire at their Banshee which backed up out of the woods. Some cannot see it and fire at their Warhammer. We lightly dust their Banshee and drop their Warhammer, no parts off. Melee? Our Grasshopper kills their Warhammer after destroying its CT with the leg. Nothing else gone.

Turn 2 – We keep init 12-8. A reverse of our loss earlier. Their Wolverine moves 1st, I base it with my Charger and Atlas moving 4. Their Banshee moves and doesn’t base us. Our CRD and Griffin base their Commando. Our PXH and Hopper base their Clint. Our Jenner too moving last. I fire again at their Banshee. Our Crusader destroys it’s LA. It falls, and their pilot blacks out. Melee!!! We didn’t leg their Wolverine sadly we split the attacks on each leg. Our PXH legs their Clint’s LL!!! Our CRD their Commando’s RL!!!

They eject from the Clint and Commando and then surrender since we have their ruler and then no ways out with their Invader ours too. We capture their Union.

Nov 18, 3030 – We finish relaxing, salvaging, and repairing and found 1.8 mill in cash.

We blow up their base but they surrendered if you’ll recall

Nov 22 – We arrive at their next target’s Nadir JumpPoint and unfurl our battle load!!! We found here at the JumpPoint Steiner intel is here, and correct, they are here with an Invader, Avenger and Leopard CV and then an empty ring for their supposedly Union. We smash both units and all 6 fighters. Can I salvage either? I toss a 5 and 6 so nope!

Battle Loss – We ate 8 mill in damage, and then lost 4 fighters – 2 can be salvaged for 1.5 mill and then two lost for 12,312,000. We can salvage 3 of theirs for 2.6 mill.

Set-Up – We lose a low scoring 4-3. I set up the front rank. Their Stalker is near-ish us, 5 away. I set up my Atlas there. Nothing else though.

Turn 1 – We do win init though – 8-7 also by one. They first move their Banshee, my Orion moves 6 to base it. Their Panther moves 2nd and then jumps in front of their Stalker, based with my Atlas at 4. Their Hatchetman bases my Atlas’s flank, our Longbow and Charger base it but move 3. Our Griffin bases their Panther too. Our TDR bases their Banshee, and our CDR their Hatchetman. Our Jenner bases their Locust. Our PXh bases their Whitworth. I fire at their Banshee. It’s +1 and short range. Our Warhammer destroys its LT, LA on the ground. Our Grasshopper’s LL destroys the CT – dead mech. Melee? Our Atlas legs their LL on their Panther!!! The LL on the Hatchetman also destroyed by our Crusader.

Turn 2 – We keep init another tight one 7-5. Their Hatchetman tries to stand and falls and blacks out. Their Panther rises though. Their Stalker moves last and we cannot base it other than the Warhammer moving last and their Archer at the edge cannot be gotten to either. I fire at their Stalker instead, likely blowing it up. I fire our Longbow missiles and Warhammer PPCs at their Wasp. It survives, but their Stalker doesn’t. Our Warhammer hit the ammo in the RT – dead mech! We also hit the ammo in the other side too. They drop our Atlas. No melee, we aren’t near them.

We took out both Assaults and then their 2 lighter closing units with the Panther and Hatchetman – they eject and then flee to their Union. Since their Invader fled, there is a chance they can meet back later so they fly up and then to other spaces on the planet. We destroy it in space. Our Achilles is faster. They cannot outrun it. Can we salvage it? I toss a 4 nope. We also took out 2 escorts fighters.

Battle Loss
– We take another 2.5 mill and then took out their two fighters and can salvage one for 750k.

We gather here from 8 mechs and a DropShip and 2 fighters – 8 mill.

Nov 30, 3030 – We spend a few days fixing, repairing, and salvaging their stuff for 3.3 mill (I tossed an 11). We blow up their HQ.

Dec 05 – We arrive at the Nadir JumpPoint of a pair of Merchants here and then they have two open DropRings and then a Leopard CV and Avenger. We smash them good and hard and their 6 fighters too. They were savaged. Can we salvage them? I toss a 6 and 2. Nope-sy.

Battle Loss – We eat 4 mill damage. We lost 4 fighters, 2 can be brought back for 1.25 mill and then 2 lost for 10,541,853. We can salvage 4 of theirs for 2.6 mill.

We find here at the JumpPoint 11 mill.

Dec 09 – We arrive at their planet – no major losses or anything, no one here to meet us. We scout and land and then scout them up. We scout up the planet and find their base with a Gazelle, Leopard, and then 12 vees and 4 mechs. As we land and head there, four Warrior VTOLs and 2 fighters from the Leopard hit us. Our fighters engage.

Set-up – We thump them 11-6. They set up first. Their Victor is right next to us. The rest on other side of forests.

Turn 1 – We win init - 7-5 - closer. Their Behemoth moves first, based by our Charger who moved 5. Our Griffin too. Their Schrek on the other side off the woods based by our Grasshopper and PXH. Our Longbow and Orion base their Centurion – but the Longbow moved 4. Our Jenner on their Schrek but their Archer on the far side, no chance of basing for getting it. Our Atlas and Warhammer move 4 and base their Demolisher. Their Victor moves last ,leaps behind our Warhammer to base its rear our TDR bases its rear too. Weapons fire! At their Demolisher. Longbow, JagerMech and CRD and Warhammer at their Schrek long range stuff. Our Warhammer destroys their Shrek’s Turret. Dead! Our Grasshopper destroys their Demolisher’s front!!! Melee!!! We drop their Centurion, but split which leg was kicked.

Turn 2 – We keep init 12-9. Our Atlas’s ate a ton of AC20s from their Demolisher and has just 3 left internal in its RT, I eject it. They don’t rise their Centurion. Our Charger and Griffin base their Brutus on the far side of the map. No easy weapons fires elsewhere. Our PXH join and Jenner too to them. Their Behemoth based by our Warhammer, TDR and Orion. Our Longbow and CRD base their Striker. Our Hopper by their Maxim. Who do I fire at? Brutus? Von Luckner? I go overheat on both. They drop and black out our Grasshopper so no chance on the Maxim. Our Charger’s SRM6 destroyed their Brutus’s left side. Our Crusader destroyed the front on their Von Luckner!!! Melee! just like their Centurion, their Striker avoids death…but not their Behemoth!!! It’s left side is destroyed by my Warhammer!!! Their Victor leg’s it’s LL though.

We took out their 4 VTOLs and 2 fighters. They flee their Leopard and Gazelle and load up and then split up one heading to the Nadir and Zenith JumpPoints. Our mechs radio their vectors to the forces in space. Our Achilles is faster than both, so I split up 2 Aquarius and the Achilles at the Gazelle and everything else at their Leopard. We take out the Gazelle easy. Our Leopard CV and salvaged and captured and all of our fighters and Aquarius too hit it. We do take it out, but lose loads of fighters and an Aquarius. Can we salvage either? Or both? We do salvage their Gazelle and Leopard. Tossed a 9 and 12. It costs us 6 mill and 8 mill – 14 mill total. Spent!!! War chest is 152,169,379.

Battle Loss –
We took 8 mill, lost 4 fighters, 2 can be salvaged for 2.1 mill and then the other two lost for 12,307,500 and an Aquarius for 14,221,500. We can salvage one of their fighters for 750k.

We find here with the various units we salvaged the destroyed tanks and mechs – 6 mill.

Jan 02, 3031 – We get to the planet, and again no major issues stopping us. We land at a DropPort around 3 hours around at the place and begin to head out.

We confirm they are intended, true, they are a company mostly, but they have an extra mech.

This is their BlackJack – a medium mech weighing 45 tons moving 4/6/4 and then with 4 ML, 2 Ac2, and then 11 heat sinks and okay armor at one ton shy of max – not bad for afire support weapon.

Turn 1 – We win init 9-8 by one. They first move their Warhammer, no bases though it’s too far. Our WW camps in a Heavy woods. Our Atlas bases their BJ, their Zeus bases in front it’s flank of the BJ, our Orion bases their Zeus. Their JagerMech bases our Orion, our Hopper bases their Zeus too. Our BM and Jenner base their JM. Our PXH bases their SHD. Their BM bases my TBT’s flank, our Locust’s its. Weapons fire at their BM if they can draw LOS otherwise their TBT. We don’t drop their BM or any parts, just to the ground, Our Orion blows up their Ammo and TBT though. Melee!!! Our Jenner legs their JM’s RL!!! We drop their Zeus.

Turn 2 – We keep init and thump them 12-5. They turn the JM, no ejects. Our WW stays in the camp spot. Our Locust bases their Wolverine’s flank and our Jenner it’s front. Their BM rises and bases my TBT, and it’s in my rear behind our lines. Our PXH leaps by their Wolverine too. Our Orion bases their SHD. Their Locust bases my Stalker’s flank. Our Warhammer bases their SHD too to make sure it’s legged. They hop their BJ away my, BM bases it. Their CRD holds back and doesn’t move but cannot be based, Our Atlas and Grasshopper base their Warhammer. Their Zeus rises on their last turn. I fire if they can draw a LOS to their BM to hit it, otherwise their Zeus or Charger and then CRD for everything near. Our Grasshopper’s ML hits the ammo on the Crusader’s RT, dead mech….not great. Their BM survives. Melee!!! Our Orion legs their SHD’s LL and then hits the AC5 ammo – boom, dead mech!! Our BM legs their BJs’s RL!!

They flee the two range mechs legged and flee.

Battle Loss at JumpPoint–
We take 8 mill in damage. We lost 8 fighters, 4 can be salvaged for 2.6 mill. Then we lost 4 for 22,172,083. We also lost an Aquarius too, and cannot salvage for 14,221,500. We can salvage 6 of their fighters for 4 mill even, and then 1 of their Aquarius for 1.4 mill.

We scour here and find 6 mill.


Jan 12, 3031 – We arrive at the planet and here there are another set of the same DropShips plus an Invader and an Overlord and a 4th Leopard CV. They total have 34 fighters and 2 Aquarius. We take out their Achilles, 2 Avengers, Invader and one Leopard CV. The rest flee to various places. We took out 18 fighters too. Can we salavge any of their Drops? I toss a 5, 7, 3, 7 and 11. We salvage another Leopard CV for 11 mill. War chest is 316,250,805

Battle Loss at Planet – We took 9 mill in damage, lost 10 fighters, and an Aquarius we can salvage for 1.5 mill and then the 5 fighters salvgeable for 3 mill and then lost 5 for 27,052,650. We can salvage 9 of theirs for 6.3 mill.

Set-up – We lose 9-5. We set up on the bottom flank across from them. They set up in a giant circle around us, but as far away as possible. We can see around 2/3rds of their units.

Turn 1 – We lose 4-2. Ouch. I charge 5. They begin to flank us with their Jenners, Srinnger7er, Wasps and Jav and PXH too. Our Hermes II, Jenner and Wolfhound base their left flank PXH. Our Jav and PXH base their right flank’s Jenner. They base our Hermes II with thier QD. Weapons fire!!! They are are around 6-8 away save for flankers. I fire 18 each at therir Atlas and BattleMaster. Kumi na Tano’s Awesome hit the ammo in thier BM’s RT - boom, dead mech!! We also destroyed its’ LL. Our Charger in Labíng-Pitó AC20 beheaded their Atlas. Ouchie. Melee!! We drop their PXH, but it’s fine. Our PXH does leg thier Jenner though. LL! They drop our Hermes II.

Turn 2 – We lose init again 10-9. We move 5 where possible. They rise their PXH, and we keep it based with the same. Then they move their MAD in front of us around 4 away, i base it with two Banshees and a BM. Their QD leaps to the rear of our BM, and then our CRD and 2 Archers base it. They have flanked us. I base their left flank’s Jenner with our 2 Wolverines and a Wolfhound. Then we base their Orion with our 2 Chargers a TDR on the front and then a Crockett to the right flank. Their Victor leaps behind our Charger’s rear. They base our Awesome with a Stalker and Hunchback. Weapons fire – 12 each at their Victor, Longbow and Charger. Their Victor destroys the RT Ammo on our Charger in Labíng-Pitó! Ouch. Then it destroys the Charger’s CT, dead mech. We also destory it’s arms. Our “BM Tekau mā Waru destroys the Victor’s LL, and then our Wolverine hit it’s ammo – boom, dead mech!!! Our TDR in Kumi na Tano destroys the Longbow’s LL, legged, and then it’s Awesome the LA too. That’s our first captured Longbow in forever!! Melee! Our Wolfhound legs the RL on their PXH!!! We drop thier Jenner, but no legs, and then our Crockett legs their Orion’s RL!!! Our Archer legs the LL this time of their QD. We drop their MAD, but one hit was a glancing blow so no legged there. Their Stalker and Hunchback drop and leg our Awesome’s RL.

Turn 3 – We keep losing init, but this time not close at 11-5. They wierdly rise thieir Orion. Elite pilots going to elite. Then they rise their 2nd Jenner but not their MAD. It stays down. We chase their Jenner. I eject the Awesome. Our PXH and Wolfhound and Vulcan base their durable Panther. Their Scorpion bases our Vulcan’s flank. Our two Banshees and BM on their MAD base their Centurion instead. Their Griffin bases our flank of our Wovlerine, I base it with 2 Grasshoppers and a Catapult that leap to it. We base their CRD with our BM, Crockett and 1 Charger still up and running, their Grasshopper cannot be got. Weapons fire!!! I fire 12 each at their Stalker, Grasshopper and Goliath. Our Tekau mā Waru Awesome hits the ammo on their Stalker – boom, dead mech!!!!! We savaged it - just 3 pieces left! Then our BM in Kumi na Tano hit their ammo on their Grasshopper, but barely touched. Then our Crockettt destroys the Goliath’s RT, double legged!!! They destroy our BM’s LA and LT. Melee! Our Grasshopper legs their Griffin’s RL. We miss legging their Centurion but it falls. Our Crockett legs their CRD!!! We drop but don’t leg their Panther. We leg their Jenner though.

They flee and we capture the base.

Beginning of Contract #96:

Dec 11, 3030 - Kappa Co–ou Company arrives at the Pirate Hunting MOC at the Zenith JumpPoint with an Achilles, Union, and Leopard CV on an Invader. We scout around and find an Invader here too with a Leopard CV and then two open drop rings. They unfurl and then we smash the smaller force up and down the block. We take out all 6 fighters too. Can we Salvage it? I toss an 8, nope by one. Their JumpShip flees.

Battle Loss – We take 4 mill in damage. We lost 2 fighters and one is salvageable for 850k and then the other lost for 5,410,530. We then can salvage 3 of theirs for 2.1 mill.

We find here at the JumpPoint salvage we can sell for 8 mill.

Dec 15, 3030 – We arrive at the planet. We have no issues, and then scout and then land – they have here a Mule they are unloading and then a Union with 12 mechs and 2 fighters here at their HQ. We smash their 2 fighters and then…we land and here are our foes!!!

Set-up – We lose by 1 6-5. There is a large forest in our central area I set up around. They set up their Centurion in front of our Atlas 3 away. Their Wasp and Griffin right by me. Everything else far away.

Turn 1 – We thump them 12-7 for init. They backup their Awesome behind woods. Far away. Ditto their Archer. I leap my Catapult into heavy woods to camp. Their Hunchback bases our BM’s flank, our CRD bases it back. Our Hopper bases their GRD. They backup their Banshee to woods behind heavy it started in. Our Atlas bases their CNT. Our Wolverine too, our Jenner and PXH base their Griffin. Weapons fire! I cannot draw Line of fire to their Banshee or Awesome with many like my Atlas, - they fire at their Warhammer if not. Then their +2 Banshee 7 away if they can . Our Awesome destroys their Warhammer RA. Our Banshee hit the ammo in its RT – dead mech!!! We barely hurt their Banshee. Melee!!! Our Wolverine legged their Centurion’s RL!!!

Turn 2 – We keep init 8-5. They turn the Centurion. They charge the Awesome. I charge it hard. Their Banshee moves back to the first spot ahead one in heavy woods. Our TDR bases it. Our Atlas bases their Hunch. Our BM bases their Awesome. Our PXh and Jenner remain near their Griffin. Our Wolverine bases their Hunchback. Our Awesome bases it too. Weapons fire! Do I fire at their Banshee or Awesome? I have neither in the queue for next. I do have 6 Longbows though, and an Atlas and Orion for next one. I fire at the Banshee. It’s +2 to be hit in the woods. Everything can fire at it. They drop and knock out our PXh – no legging their Griffin. We drop and knock out their Banshee - no parts lost either. Melee!!! Their Griffin destroys the RA on our PXH. Our Awesome legs the RL on their Hunchback.

With us capturing their CO their power is out and they surrender with no Invader to fall back to. We capture their Mule and Union.

Dec 18, 3030 – We find in the Mule supplies and stuff we can sell for 5 mill. We start repairing, reloading and then salvaging their HQ and then blowing it up! We find there - 1.4 mill.

Dec 28, 3030 – We arrive at the 2nd JumpPoint Pirate raid target. We are at the Nadir JumpPoint. We unload and scan with our stuff. Here is an Invader with one open Drop Ring and an Avenger, and Leopard CV. They also have two Taurus escort small craft like our Aquarius but lighter.

We hit them and then get our smash and destroy their 6 fighters, both Drops and a Taurus, and then their Invader flees. Can I salvage the Avenger or Leopard? I toss a 7 and 6 – nope.

Battle Loss –
We took 5 mill in damage. We lost 4 fighters and can salvage two for 1.85 mill and then 2 lost for 11,103,566. We can salvage 3 of theirs for 1.6 mill and then their Taurus for 800k

Horrible company. I just want the Spider. They are all random ability and the middle, us on the south in a Forest Base.

This is their Valkyrie which we started with too – it’s not great. A light mech weighing 35 tons with 5/8/5 movement, for weapons an LRM 10 and then a backup ML and strong armor too. It’s got light armor body with long range weaponry, but not great.

Our Jenner and PXH base their Centurion’s flank. Their Stalker charges and bases our Banshee. Their SHD bases our Jenner. Their Spider moved last – no chance to smash it. Weapons Fire – at their Stalker. Our Awesome destroys its RA and LL – legged!!! Melee? We split attacks on their Rifleman – it survives, and falls. But our BM legs their Vindicator’s RL.

Turn 2 - We win init 8-4. They eject their Rifleman. They turn their Stalker. Our Archer and Atlas base their QD. Our Wolverine its’ flank. Our TDR and Hopper base their Warhammer. And Banshee and PXh base it too hopefully we can leg it and the QD…their Victor bases my Atlas’s flank. Weapons fire at their Victor. Long range at their Commando. We destroy all but it’s Head and RL. Two ammo explosions, the first by our first shot the AC20 on our Atlas!!!! Melee!!! Our TDR legs their Warhammer’s LL – down and done!!! We drop but don’t leg their QD it was hit in both legs an it critical there.

They eject from their legged mechs too. They head to their Union and then blast off, and then…we smash and take it out in space. Can we salvage? I toss a 5, nope. We take out 2 fighters

Battle Loss – We take 4 mill in damage. We can salvage their fighter for 650k.

The Union and 7 mechs have a salvage value of 10 mill we get and sell.

Jan 04, 3031- In the pirate hunting we take out their HQ after salvaging from their HQ 800k.

Jan 07, 3031- We arrive at the 3rd and final Planet with Pirates for the MAC deal. We have arrived at their Zenith JumpPoint and begin the scanning. We find here a Union around a day from planet and then an Invader with an Avenger, and Leopard CV. We unfurl and then smash them good, and destroy, We destroy them all. Can we salvage them? I toss a 3 and 6 – nope. We head to their Invader, with their Union still in space we could capture it if it hasn’t fully charged ,but it does and jumps away

Battle Loss – We ate in damage 6 mill, and then lost 3 fighters, 2 are salvaged for 1.25 mill and then the lost costs 6,192,000 - we can salvage 3 of theirs for 2.5 mill.

Turn 1 – We win init low scoring 5-3. They move their Catapult first 6 away from our Atlas. I base it with our TDR. Our sets up to camp in heavy. Our PXH bases it and Jenner too. Our Atlas bases their BM that bases my PXH’s flank, as well as our Banshee and BM too. Could I leg it? Our Wolverine also bases it. Weapons fire! The Striker and try to leg the BM or their BM with weapons. A BM has external and internal leg armor of 44 armor total – our Atlas does 20, and then our Banshee 19 and BM 16 and Wolverine 11. Let’s get greedy and hit their Striker!!! Our Grasshoppers hit the ammo in the LT – dead mech!!! Melee! Can I leg their BM? We drop their Catapult them our PXH. Then our BM destroys the LL of theirs!!! Good stuff!!!

Turn 2 – We keep init in a high scoring close one 10-9. They knock out their BM trying to rise it. I rise our PXh and run away. Our Atlas and Banshee base their Clint. Their Wolverine our Atlas’s flank, so my BM and Wolverine and Grasshopper base it. Our Jennner bases their Rifleman’s rear. Their Catapult doesn’t rise it stays there. I base it with our TDR and CRD. Our Awesome bases their Wolverine too. Weapons fire at their….hmm…Rifleman I guess. If I cannot draw LOS I fire at their Dragon behind woods instead. Their Wolfhound survives. Our Jenner destroys their Rifleman’s LL, and…that’s it! Legged! Their Dragon didn’t even fall. Kicks time!!! Can we leg their Clint and Wolverine? Probably but their Catapult on the ground unlikely. Our Atlas destroys the RL on their Clint and Banshee the same spot and the RT down. Our Grasshopper LL’s their Wolverine! Down. We did kick their Catapult in the leg, but the tother one.

With their leader blacked out and captured and we took out their XO’s mech too. They surrender and we capture their Union.

Set-up – we lose init 9-3 ouch. They set up their Atlas near me and that’s it.

Turn 1 – We edge them 9-8 to win init. Their Urbie makes the sac play and leaps in front of their Atlas. I base it with my Banshee moving 4. They retreat with their TDR. Their PXH jumps away, no legs. Our Grasshopper bases their Wasp. Their Atlas bases my CRD and our BM bases it. I fire at it. Our Charger and Orion cannot draw LOS to it. They fire at their CTF. We drop it and it has 8 internal armor in the LL. Melee! Can our BM or CRD leg it? Our Chargers hit the ammo in their CTF’s RT- dead ammo boom!!! Our Grasshopper misses their Wasp – no legs, but the BM did hit the LL on their Atlas – legged!!! Then our Banshee hit the Urbie’s LL too, legged!

Turn 2 – We keep init 8-4. Our Charger and Orion base their TDR! Our Stalker and Wolverine base their Vindicator. Our Grasshopper bases their PXH our Banshee their Locust. Our Archer their Wasp again. Their Stalker bases my BM savaged from the Atlas. Our Wolfhound their VND and our Jav their flank on their Stalker. I fire at their Stalker. Long range at their Centurion. Our CRD SRM4s hit the ammo in the Stalker’s RT - blown up. Sad face. Also…our Wolverine hit the ammo in their Centurion’s LT- boom, dead mech!!! Melee? We don’t, sad, leg their TDR, or Vindicator. But…our Banshee also legged another leg – the LL on their Locust 1L. Our Archer legs their Wasp’s LL too!!!

They retreat with just their TDR of value left. Everything else ejects, and load up into a Union, and then head out to their Invader, but we easily take it out. Can we salvage it? We toss a 6 – nope.

Set -up – We lose a high 11-10. We set up right near their side outside of the base, but not them. They are far away.

Turn 1 – We lose init too 9-3. Ouchie. We move 5 where possible. They begin to flank us with flankers like their Harassers and Condor with their mechs on top so we cannot get on top. Our Vulcan and Wolfhound base their Condor and Stinger. Their Goliath charges us, we base it with our Atlas, Banshee and BM but they moved just 3. Their Vindicator leaps to the flank of our BM, and we base it with our Orion, Archer and CRD. Their Wolverine leaps to our CRD’s flank, and then we base it with our Grasshopper and PXH. Weapons fire – I fire our mechs at their Charger, our two mech companies at their Rhino and Devastator 12 each. Our BM hits the Head on their Charger and hits the cockpit – dead mech and pilot! Nothing else gone. Our Demolisher destroys the front of their Rhino, and our Hunter the front of their Devastator. Melee! We drop but don’t leg their Wolverine, and then immobilize their Condor. Our Archer legs their Vindicator’s LL. Their Goliath drops my BM.

Turn 2 – We lose again another big ol’ miss, 12-5. We rise and backup our Bm, they rise their Wolverine and run away, I stay near it with our PXH and Hopper. Our Vulcan and Wolfhound base their Stinger that leaps away. Their FS bases our Wolfhound’s flank. Our Awesome, Stalker and Orion base their Brutus. We stay based with their Goliath. Their Catapult leaps behind our Atlas, we base it with our Archer, Grasshopper and CRD. They keep their Archer away for firing long range. Weapons fire – I fire at their Goliath, Zhukov and Behemoth. Our BM hit he ammo in their Goliath’s RT, dead mech!!! Then our Schrek destroys their Zhukov’s turret. Our Manticore destroys their Behemoth’s front. Their Archer destroys our side on our Ontos. Kickin’ and punchin’ time!!!! Our Orion destroys their Brutus’s side. Their FS legs our Wolfhound’s RL. It leg’s the Stinger’s RL too. We drop but don’t leg their Wolverine again. Our CRD destroys their Catapult’s LL.

Turn 1 – We win a low scoring one 5-3. I charge 5. Their Warhammer bases my Zhukov and Manticore. Their BM my Rhino and Demolisher. Their Scorpion bases my Brutus and Bulldog. I fire at their BM with everything!!! Our Demolisher hit the ammo in its LT – dead mech walking! We drop their Urbie. Melee? They miss with their Warhammer and it falls.

Turn 2 – We keep init 9-8. Close still. They rise their UrbanMech. Their CTF bases my Hunter. Their SHD bases my Demolisher. Their Victor bases my Manticore. Their Locust on my Rhino. Their Warhammer stays down. Weapons fire at their Victor. They immobilize our Rhino. We drop their Victor and it broke its LL. Our Brutus hit the ammo in their Urbie – boom!!! Their Victor destroys the front of our Ontos. Melee. Nothing.

They are up 3 to 1. Are they coming forward? I toss and get a 9 they keep it up.

Turn 3 – We keep init 7-4 – our first not close win. I eject the Rhino. I line up my tanks at their Archer. I fire at it. Our Maxim hits its ammo – boom!!! Melee? Their CTF destroys the Left side of our Hunter.

They pull out and call it. We finished them!!!!!

Dec 10, 3030 – 2nd Ad-hoc Battalion arrives at the Nadir JumpPoint which is Zeta, Eta Vees and Sieben Mech Company. We arrive and then land and set up shop, we’ll have one company on patrol per 8 hours rotating.

Jan 22, 3031 – Out patrolling is our mech company when a mixed mech and vee and infantry battalion arrives and attacks our garrison. They are timing this when we are out with their strength to our weakness with no mechs at all.

We do not know where they are coming from, they are unloading from a Mule that’s been converted from a container to military transport.

We are starting in the middle of a city we are in, they on the edges…anywhere.

Here is their great and one of our favorite scouts – the Medium sized Drillson Hover Tank weighing 50 tons, moving a massive 9/14 and then with LL, LRM 10, and 2 each SRM2s and MGs. The LL and SRMs are in the turret. Lighter armored than I like for a 50 tonner at just 104 points. Introduced in 3025.

Set-up – We lose 9-5. I’m working it!! By setting up our vees. We have 2 each Demolishers and Devastators for an example. I set up in direct lines with them. They set up and I can see around 66% of their dorks.

Turn 1 – We also lose here 8-7. We start moving 5 each where possible. They base our Zeta Schrek PPC Carrier with their Vindicator and Commando and then our two Eta Demolisher/Devastaor with their CTF and Centurion and our Zeta Rhino with their Banshee and Panther. They begin to flank us. Weapons fire!!! I fire 12 each at their Awesome and Banshee. Our Devastator in Zeta beheads their Awesome, dead mech!! We also destroy it’s RT and RA. Eta’s Schrek destroys its CT, dead mech no explosion either. We also destroy its RL. Sad we legged it. Melee! Their Commando finishes off our Schrek’s right.

Turn 2 – We keep losing 10-2. Ouchie. We move around, their Centurion and CTF move to our Zeta’s Zhukov. Their Locust to our rear, their Commando and Vindicator base our rear and side of our Hunter in Eta. They have flanked us all up and down the box, and then base us with many vees and such in our stuff. Weapons fire! I fire 8 each at their Assault vees. Our Zhukov in Zeta destroys their Devastator’s turret. Eta’s Brutus destroys the front of their Schrek!!! Eta’s Saracen destroys their SturmFeur’s front too. Dead tank! Their Commando immobilized Eta’s Manticore. Melee! They -1 movement Eta’s Hunter.

We have destroyed all of their 5 Assault stuff, but they took out our Schrek and immobilized our Manticore…are they still coming or flee? I toss an 8, they keep coming.

Turn 3 – We win 6-3. We eject the Manticore. They base with their Centurion and CTF our Brutus in Zeta. They are now in our rear flank with tons. I back up the Hunter, still based by their stuff. Their Warhammer moves up and bases our Devastator and Demolinser in Zeta. Weapons fire! I fire 8 each at their Archer, Drillson and Brutus. The 8 I fire at their Archer are 4 AC20s. Our Rhino in Zeta hits the ammo in their Archer’s LT – boom, dead mech! We also legged it’s LL and RA too. Their CTF destroys our Brutus’s front in Zeta. Our Eta’s Brutus also immobilizes the Drillson!!! Their Brutus front side destroyed by Eta’s Condor!!! We don’t take any major damage from melee!

We have taken out 8 of their units – they eject and flee.

Turn 1 – We lose init this time a high scoring 12-10. Also, by two. We move everyone 5 minimum. They flank our borders with their PXHs, Locusts and that Jenner and Commando easily enough. I base their left flank PXH and Locust with our PXH and Wolfhound. Their Chameleon bases our Wolfhound, I base it with our Jenner and Grasshopper. – I wish it were their Griffin or Wolverine. They hop their Spider into woods. We finish moving. Weapons fire!!! 18 each at their Atlas and BM. Our Awesome destroyed its LL, our Grasshopper It’s ammo – boom, dead mech!!!!! We also destroyed the LA. Our Demolisher in Zeta hit the BM’s ammo – boom. We also savaged it nastily. Kicks time!!! Their Grasshopper leaps to my Banshee rear after it bases their Rifleman bringing them out. I base their Rifleman with our Hunchback and Charger, then their Hopper with our BM, Awesome and Catapult. I base their Griffin with our Warhammer and Grasshopper after it bases our flank in our Awesome. Weapons fire – We fire 12 each at their Archer, Marauder and CRD!!! Our Awesome legs their Archer’s LL! Our Warhammer it’s LA, down. It falls and destroys its LT. They immobilize Zeta’s Demolisher. Our Von Luckner in Zeta hits the ammo in their CRD – boom, dead mech. Our Eta Condor hit the AC 5 ammo in the MAD chest - dead mech. Melee! They leg our TBT’s LL. Our Awesome legs their Grasshopper LL!!!! We are on the east, they the west of a small Urban Base. They are randomly assigned, and then this is our each of our close and smash units - Thunderbolt – it’s weighs 65 tons at heavy, has 4/6 movement, amazing armor at 13 tons, has 15 heat sinks for dissipation, and then an LRm15 and LL for long range sniping and closing, and then for short 3 Ml, 2 MG and an SRM2. It’s beloved by all and my favorite heavy mech brawler in 3025 era. Here’s a pic:

Set-up – We win a big one – 11-3. Ouch!! I set up 2nd, they have their set up Atlas first, and then everything else later far from us, but not it!!! We can see around 75%of their units, roughly.

Turn 1 – We lose init this time a low scoring 5-2. Well, insert sad face here. We move 5, they begin to flank with their Locusts, Hermes II, Stingers, and such down the flanks. I base their left Stinger with my Hermes II and Wolfhound whose flank is 7 away from their Spider’s jump, it takes the bait and is based by our Javelin, Spider and Wolverine. They moved five too. Weapons fire spilt 18 and 18 at their BM and Atlas. Our Catapult in Deich hit the ammo in their Atlas’s LT, dead mech!!! Also, RA destroyed. Our Demolisher in Theta hit their BM’s RL and destroyed it. Our Rhino it’s LT. Legged!!!

Turn 2 – We also lose init this time around mid-scores of 8-7 closely! They don’t eject from anything. I move 5 where possible. Their TDR heads in of front of Deich’s Atlas 3 away, and Banshee and BM 4. Based. I leap my Grasshopper on its flank too. They move their BJ in front of our Striker and Stalker, based. They finish flanking us and base my Zhukov with their Orion, Centurion and Charger. Our scouts – Wolfhound, Jav and Spider base their Locust on the left side and our Hermes Ii and Wolverine their Wasp on the right. Weapons fire!!! We split up 12 each on their Charger, Stalker and Victor!!! Our Archer in Deich hit their Charger’s LA, gone, and our Grasshopper it’s LL, it falls and destroys it LT. Legged!!! Our Longbow hit their Victor’s ammo in their LT – dead mech!!! We also destroy it’s RL and RA. Our Schrek hit their LL on their Stalker – legged, and the Rhino it’s LA too!!! Legged!!! It falls and breaks it’s RA dead too. Melee! Our Grasshopper legs their TBolt RL!!!! Our Wolverine their Wasp’s RL too. Our Striker their BJ’s LL. We miss their Locust and it’s fine. Their Orion immobilized our Zhukov. They drop the Atlas on their TBolt.

Turn 3 – We keep losing 10-7. Okay. I rise our Atlas, and then base their Rifleman with it and the Banshee and BM too. I eject my Zhukov. They leap their Catapult away, no legs. Their flankers to my rear, and are basing us, and their Locusts base my rear of and flank of Deich’s Archer. I base one with our Spider, Jav and Wolfhound. The other our Wolverine and Hermes II. We base their MAD with our Stalker, Striker, and Longbow. They leap their Merlin to the Stalker’s flank, based with our 2 TBolts and Grasshopper. Weapons fire – 12 each at Orion, Goliath and Catapult. Our Deich’s Thunderbolt hit the ammo in their Orion – dead mech. We did leg it’s RL and RA too. Our Demolisher takes out the Goliath’s H, and then ammo in the RT too. Double kill. They destroy our Pegasus’s front with their Catapult. Our Longbow in Enogtyve also hit their Catapult’s Head, dead mech! But then we also took out the LA and LL too. Recoverable!!! Melee!!! Our Wolfhound legs a Locust and our Hermes II the other. Both RLs. Our Longbow legs their MAD’s LL. We drop but don’t leg their Merlin splitting damage. They drop and leg our Atlas’s LL.

They flee and we get the battlefield and their legged and head shot stuff!!!

Set-up – We win easily 9-4. They set up their Atlas near us, and then the rest far away, and I set up outside of the base’s border and can see all of their stuff. Yay! Remember they have three AC20s in their mechs, not an easy squad.

Turn 1 – They thump us back 10-2. Ouch! I move 5 where possible, but we are near the border, not much space to go. We base their Cyclops with our Atlas, Banshee and B M and moved 3 or 4 each. Then their Atlas bases the flank of our last assault the Longbow and then we base it with our face punching TDR and Warhammer. We base their Crusader after it jumps to our Warhammer’s base with our Catapult, our own CRD, and then Grasshopper too. We base their Urbie with our Wolverine, Hermes and Javelin. Yay!!! Weapons fire on their Atlas with our mechs and 6 each on their lighter armored Schrek and SRM Carrier. Our Longbow hit the ammo in their Atlas – boom, dead mech!!! We also destroyed its RL, and legged it. Our Hunter destroys their SRM Carrier’s front. Our Demolisher their Schrek’s turret. Melee!! Our BM legs their Cyclops RL, nice. We drop and leg their CRD’s LL. Our Jav legs their Urbie’s LL too. They immobilize our Ontos!

They, in one turn, lost a leader, had three mechs legged and then lost two vees, I toss to see. We tossed an 8 and they’ll keep on coming.

Turn 2 – We lose again 8-7 - close! We eject the Ontos. They…STAND their Urbie. Ouch. They backup their Archer, no bases. We do base their Cataphract with what was on the Cyclops - BM, and Atlas and Banshee. We base their Locust with our Jav, Hemes and Wolverine that’s in our rear based to our Longbow. Their VND jumps and bases the flank of our Jav, and I base it with our Hopper, Catapult and CRD trying to bring it down. They base our well armored Condor with their Wasp and Shadow Hawk – hopefully no destruction there. Weapons fire – Our mechs were supposed to take our their AC20 Cyclops but with it fallen and legged I target their Archer instead. Then our vees split up and 5 hit their LRM Carrier and 6 their J. Edgar. Their UrbanMech’s AC20 hit on our H on our TDR – dead mech and pilot. Our Longbow also destroys their Archer’s RT ammo -dead mech!! We also took out the LA too. Our Hunter destroys their LRM Carrier side, but nothing hurt their J,. Edgar much. Melee!! They hurt but don’t take out our Condor. We double leg their Locust! Our CRD legs their Vindicator’s LL. We savage their Cataphract and legged its RL.

They flee and we legged and blew up EIGHT of their mechs and then 3 vees.

The End of the Kaifeng Campaign!!!!

Now the raids begin!!! This is with 1/3 of our navy and then Tasnevets company.

Jan 16, 3031 – Tasnevets Company arrives from Truth after the battle the at the CC System of Randar’s Zenith JumpPoint - one jump away. Here are their local forces – an Avenger, Leopard CV and Invader with an open DropRing. They unfurl as do us! We take out each fast, and all 6 fighters too. Can we salvage them? I toss a 6 and 7 – nopes! Their Invader jumps out.

- We take in damage 7 mill and then lost 4 fighters – 2 full for 10,505,641 and then 2 salvaged for 1.2 mill. And then we can salvage three of theirs for 1.65 mill.

We find here just 5 mill of stuff to salvage at the JumpPoint.


Jan 23 – We arrive at the Planet, and here are two Leopard CV, 2 Avengers and an Intruder with 16 fighters. We take out all but an Intruder and it heads back to the Nadir JumpPoint. We also took out 12 fighters = 2 each follow the Intruder and then head to the planet where their Union is for us to raid. Can we recover the four Drops taken out? We toss a 7, 6, 6, and 7 – nope!!!

– We take in damage 4 mill, we lost 8 fighters, 4 can be salvaged for 2.75 mill and then 4 lost for 22,808,641 and then we can salvage 6 of theirs for 4.5 mill.

Set-Up – We lose a close one 8-7. They set up some lights and mediums around us.

Turn 1 – We thump them 11-6. We charge 5 where possible. They backup their JM, I leap my Jav into heavies, and then their Grasshopper bases its flank in front of our Stalker – cannot move it I turn it and back and then base their Hopper also with our Orion, Archer, Wolverine and CRD. Their Banshee bases our Wolfhound. I fire at their Victor unless they cannot see it then their Banshee which I drop. Their Victor has TWO ammo explosions – kill by our Stalker!!! Melee!!! Their Grasshopper drops our CRD, and then our mechs leg…both legs on their Hopper!!!

Turn 2 – We thump them again 10-2. They eject their legless Hopper. I rise our CRD and move it in. They move their JM forward behind some trees. They rise their Banshee, based by our Orion and Grasshopper. Our Wolfhound bases their JM flank. Our Charger and Wolverine also base their Banshee. Our Archer bases their Wasp. I fire at their Banshee. Our Orion destroyed their Banshee’s RT, RA on the ground. Our Stalker hit its engine 4 times and gyro twice - done and down!!! Melee?!?!?! Our Archer legs their Wasp’s LL!!!

They eject from it the rest are ejected or KOd.

Jan 29, 3031 – We spend a few days relaxing and then repairing and salvaging their three mechs too. We then blast out.

Feb 04 – We blast outta Randar and then arrive at the Nadir JumpPoint of Aldertaine one jump away. We unfurl our navy and then stuff too. Tasnevets Is here too. They have just one Invader here not one at the Zenith JumpPoint too. Here we are raiding their HQ. They have an Avenger and Leopard CV and 6 fighters this is back a bit from Sarmaxa around 27 light years away, but still one jump. We take out their fleet. They flee with their JumpShip. Can we salvage either lost Drop? We toss a 10 and 7 - yup!!! We can fix up their Leopard CV for 7 mill – paid!!! Our War Chest is 373,566,560.

Battle Loss at the JumpPoint
– We took 6 mill in damage. We lost 4 fighters, 2 can be savaged for 1.25 mill, 2 lost for a total of 10,886,103. We can salvage 3 of theirs for 2 mill.

We find here at the JumpPoint stuff worth 6 mill we can sell.

Feb 12, 3031 – We arrive at Aldertaine!!! Here they have just another Avenger and 2 Leopard CVs – taken out with another 12 fighters of 14. I toss a 6, 2, and 7 and cannot bring them back.

Battle Loss at the Planet – We took another 4 mill in damage. Then we lost 6 fighters, 3 of which are lost for 16,323,214 and 3 we can bring back for 1.75 mill. Then we can bring in 6 of theirs for 3.5 mill.

We find here 8 mill of stuff!!


We unload at the planet, and then prepare to attack and hit them hard all up and down the block. Then we arrive. We scout our foes, and…here they are!!!!!

Love those Atlas, Jav and PXH!!!

They are all randomly assigned in ability and then they have 13.6k BV to our 27.8!k The are in the middle and then us on the north of the Grasslands map.

This is each of ours beloved and my favorite light mech in the era – the Javelin 10F with four ML in the chest and you can punch, max armor, 12 heat sinks, 6/9/6 movement on a 30 tonner!!!!

Set-up – we win a close one 7-6. We set up at the to flank, bottom most slate. They set up their Atlas close but in heavy woods. Also, their Striker, and JM and Cataphract too on the other side of the woods.

Turn 1 – We win init close too 8-7. We try to move 5 where possible. Their VND moves first, based by our Banshee and BM at moving 5 or 6. They leap their CRD back and backup their Cataphract. They move their Fire Jav in front of my Wolverine 3 in front, I base it with our Wolverine, Archer, Wolfhound and Jav. Their Atlas bases our BM. Their JM on the other side of the woods where my lights are, no chance to get to leg it. Our Grasshopper bases their Striker’s flank. Weapons fire at their Atlas. Our Awesome destroys its LT, LA on the ground. Our Wolverine destroys it’s CT – dead mech but no explosions. Melee!!! Our Wolfhound legs their Jav’s RL, but their VND split their kicks and it down but fine. Their Locust fell after missing a kick.

Turn 2 – We keep init 8-5. They move their JM nearish us, I base it with our BM, and our Wolverine, Grasshopper and Jav too, their Striker flees behind woods. I move back to draw LOS with it. Their Locust blacked out in rising!!! Our Archer and Wolfhound also base their JM too. We fire at their Striker in its rear arc. I fire what I cannot see at the Striker at their wounded Cataphract instead. Our Grasshopper destroys their LA on the Striker. It falls and destroys the RA. Our Wolfhound’s LL hit the ammo in their Cataphract’s RT boom – dead mech!!! Melee!!! Can we leg their JM? Our Jav it’s LL! Legged!!!

They flee!!!

Union DropShip – Mech carrier at 12 and then 2 fighters we captured from the CC in Aldertaine and rename “The Agate Lion“

We find here 6 mill worth of stuff too!!!

Feb 15, 3031 – We spend four days relaxing, repairing and salvaging that JVN, LCT and JM too!!! We blow up their stuff and then head out of Aldertaine.

Feb 23 – We blast out and then head inside the CC at two jumps away at Preston with very little there.

Mar 11 – We arrive at Preston’s Nadir JumpPoint where there are just a Merchant at each JumpPoint and then with just a Leopard CV, we blow through the 6 fighters and then they are all destroyed, but I toss a 6 and cannot salvage. They run away from the system when we grab them.

Battle Loss and JumpPoint – We took damage of 5 mill and then lost 3 fighters – two we lost for 12,348,000 and then can salvage one for 1 mill and then can bring in three of theirs for 1.6 mill

We find here in the savaged DropShip and fighters just 3 mill.


Mar 21, 3031 - We arrive at Preston and there are just 2 Leopard CVs here with 12 fighters, all taken out too. Sad face. Cab we salvage one – we toss an 8 and 5 nope.

- We took 6 mill in damage and lost 5 fighters, we can salvage 3 for 1.8 mill and then lost 2 for 10,829,853, we can salvage 6 of theirs for 3.5 mill.

We find here stuff worth 11 mill – wowza!

We own the space and aerial support here. Tasnevets lands and then we scout with our fighters for a few hours, find them at a base with their Union.

Set-up – We win bigger 8 to 3!!! We set up. They set up a giant circle around us. Nothing near us.

Turn 1 – We win a close one 8-7. 8 again!! We charge 5 where possible. They first move their Atlas – based by my BM, Orion and Banshee. Their Centurion bases my BM’s flank, our Charger bases it but moves 4 and then Wolverine too. Our Awesome bases their VND on the right. Their Archer moves to the right side of the battle far from the center – no legs. I run our Wolfhound into heavy next to their based VND our Jav too. We fire at their Atlas!! On the first weapon fired by our BM SRM hit an internal crit on their Atlas’s ammo in the RT – dead mech!!! Melee!!! We drop but split attacks on their CNT, but our Wolfhound legs their VND’s LL.

Turn 2 – We thump them 10-2. Their Archer backs up, our Orion bases it. Our BM, and Wolverine bases their Wolverine. Their CNT rises and then I base it with our Grasshopper. Our Jav bases their Archer too. Our Wolfhound bases their Wasp. Our Awesome and Banshee base their Javelin. Weappons fire at their Stalker!!! Many cannot draw LOS to it though. They will fire at the Archer. We drop their Archer, and our Awesome destroys their Stalker’s LA! Then it falls and blacks out. Melee!!! Can we finish the Centurion and leg their Jav too? Our Wolfhound hit their Wasp in the LL, it fell and broke off. We didn’t take out their CNT, but we dropped and blacked out their Wolverine!! Our Banshee legged their Jav’s LL too!

They eject and then flee the battlefield!!! Yay, we captured their base and took out and blacked out six and legged 6 of theirs!!!

March 26, 3031 – We spend 5 days fixing, relaxing, repairing, getting salvage ready and finding at their HQ stuff we can sell for 2.5 mill. We blow up their base and head to the JumpPoint.

Apr. 05 - We arrive at our JumpShips and leave the quiet internal system of Preston. We arrive at one jump away Krin, sorta on the border with the FWL but deep back from the land scape and one jump from one planet pretty deep in, it’s lightly controlled and also little here too, like Preston. We savage them all fighters dead and then they leave with a Leopard and then jump out as we approach them. Did we bring in their Avengers or Leopard CV? We toss a 6, another 6, and then an 11, so yes to the CV! It’ll cost us 8 mill to bring in, paid – war chest is 364,316,560.

Battle Loss at JumpPoint – We took 3 mill in damage and then lost 4 fighters, 2 can be salvaged for 1.5 mill and then 2 lost for 9,874,064. We can salvage 6 of theirs for 3.25 mill.

Set-up – We lose 4-7. I set up first. They set up their Longbow and Stalker nearish us in woods.

Turn 1 – We win init 7-5. I move 5 where possible They first move their Urbie as bait, my Charger and Awesome base it. They move their VND in front of my Bm and 4 away – based by it and my Banshee too. Their SHD is in front of our Wolfhound and Jav just 5 and 4 away respectively. I move them around and base it’s flanks. Their Stalker bases my JVN. Weapons fire at their Longbow if I can see if after it moved to the other side of woods. If I cannot I fire at their Rifleman. It’s are at around 5 or 6 away so medium for things. Our Grasshopper destroys their Rifleman’s LL, legged!!!
We drop their Longbow but no parts removed. Melee!!! Both assaults leg each of their Urbie’s legs. Our Banshee legs their Vindicator’s LL. They drop our Wolfhound and it’s CT is at 5 internal.

Turn 2 – We keep init 5-3. I eject our Wolfhound. They eject their Urbie. Their Longbow stands and moves. Can I leg it? How badly hit are the legs? Barely touched – the worst has 27 total armor. I do move my Archer 5 to base it. Our Charger and Hopper base their Raven. Our Jav and Wolverine base their Cicada. I fire at their Longbow to take it out. Their Grasshopper and PCH cannot be based, I fire long range weapons at their Hopper and our Charger and Hopper at their Wasp. I go overheat. Our Charger’s SRM6 hit the ammo in their Wasp boom. Our Wolverine drops their Longbow with an ammo boom too!!! Their Grasshopper fell but is okay. They drop our Wolverine and Jav, no kicks. Our Grasshopper legs their RL on their Raven!!!

We have destroyed or legged 6 of their stuff – they flee and we take them out!!!

April 19, 3031 - We repair, relax, and then find in their place we ousted them from 1.8 mill.

We blow up their base and head back to the border.

April 29, 3031 – We blast outta Krin! We arrive at the nearby border world on the FWL border of Bentley’s Nadir JumpPoint.

This has an Invader at each one for outgoing traffic but nothing on the ship, they are all at the planet

We head to their planet!!! Our liaison tells us this is the last raid.

May 8 – We arrive at Bentley with 3 Avengers, and 3 Leopard Cvs and then their Union too. 20 fighters. We destroy them savagely, they flee with their Union back home, one Leopard and Avenger each to the two JumpPoints. Then we follow their Leopard and then take it out too 20 fighters and 5 Drops taken out. Can I salvage any of them? I toss a 6, 5, 8, 5 and 9 so yes! We added an Avenger. It’ll cost us 8 mill – paid!!! War Chest is - 355,066,560

Battle Loss at Planet – We took 7 mil in damage. We lost 5 fighters, 3 can be salvaged for 2.1 mill and then 2 lost for 11,566,530. Then we can take in 10 of their fighters for 6 mill eve.

Set-Up – We lose a close one 8-9. They drop their Awesome near me. Nothing else though.

Turn 1 – We win init 6-5, we charge 5 where possible. They haven’t moved their Awesome, so I base it with four to force it back into LOS. I do take the Cicada bait and base it with my Archer and Grasshopper but not good LOS for others. They keep their Awesome there. I fire at it if they can see it. Our Awesome destroys its RT, RA on the ground. Our Wolverine hit the engine 2 times and gyro 3. It falls, blacks out and destroys the LT too. Ours!!! Melee!! Our Grasshopper legs their Cicada!!!

Turn 2 – We keep init and THUMP them 12-4. Ouch. I eject my Stalker with no armor left in the head. Our Banshee bases their UrbanMech in heavy woods and our Charger too. Our Wolfhound bases their QD’s flank. Jav too. I cannot get to their TDR for legging. I base their Scorpion with our CRD, and Awesome, and their Rifleman with our BM and Orion. I fire at their TDR. They drop my Awesome and our Banshee after destroying its RT. They also hit our gyro twice and it’s gone. Our Charger legs their TBolt’s RL, yay!!! We also destroy the rest of its Right side!!! Melee! Our Grasshopper leg’s their Rifleman’s LL! Our Charger their Urbie’s RL!!

They flee and we capture the base.

Here is their maybe TDR 5Dm, it weighs 65 tons, moves, 4/6, has max armor and 14 heat sinks…and it has as it’s big weapon an AC20 with 10 shots and then keeps the LRM but a 10. It weirdly only makes 11 heat you should drop two heat sinks for 2 ML easily enough to punish the hole making and then swap the LRM for an SRM too. Pic is here:

Set-up – We win 8 -7. Close!!! We set up at the top of the southern edge, we can only see around 25% of their mechs,

Turn 1 – We also lose close too, 9-8. We charge 5. They flank flights and fast mediums down the flanks like Commandos, Javs, Wasp and Wolfhounds. We base their east flank Wolfhound with our two Jenners and Spider. Weapons fire – I fire 18 at their long range at around 9 or 10 away and +2 to hit and then 18 at their Awesome – both are just energy weapons or MGs. Our Grasshopper in the Fiche a Cúig company hit the BM’s head with its LL, dead! We also take out it’s LL and LA. Our Orion in Baais hit their Awesome’s CT and destroyed it, nothing else destroyed though. Two kills, but one salvageable. Melee! Our Spider legs their Wolfhounds RL – yay!!! It falls.

Turn 2 – We are thumped in init 10-2. Ouchie. We charge 5 where possible. We base their TDR with Fiche a Cúig’s four smash stuff after it moves in front but just move 3 and 4 to base it. Atlas, Charger, TDR and Orion. Then their Griffin leaps and bases our Orion’s flank, based with that company’s Longbow, Warhammer and CRD. Then I push in Twanenty-Fower’s smash Atlas, Banshee and BM to base their CRD and leg it!!!! They begin to flank us and move into our rear arcs our two Jenners and Spider base their Locust and then our two PXHs and Griffin base their Cicada. Weapons fire. We fire 12 each at their Stalkers and Longbow. Our Warhammer 6D mech in Fiche a Cúig’s hits their Longbow’s ammo in the LT, dead, mech, we also legged the LL too. Twanenty-Fower’s Awesome hits the RL of their Stalker and takes it out. Our CRD hits the other leg, double legged!!! Baais’s Archer hit the ammo in their other Stalker – boom, dead mech!!! We also destroy both arms. Melee!!! Our Orion legs their TDR’s LL. We split attacks on their CRD’s legs it falls. Our CRD legs their Griffin’s RL. We drop but split attacks on their Locust but our Griffin legs their Cicada’s RL too. They drop and leg our Spider’s LL.

Turn 3 – We still lose a high scoring 12-11. That hurts. We eject the legged Spider and they the double legged Stalker. They rise their CRD, and I stay based with our Atlas, Banshee and BM. They also rise the Locust and my Spider, and Jenners stay on it too. I base their Warhammer with our four smash mechs in Baais - the Atlas, Banshee 3S, BattleMaster 1D, and Orion. I base their Hunchback with our Awesome, Stalker and Catapult in Baais too. I base their JM with two Grasshoppers and an Archer. I base their TBT with our 2 PXHs a Griffin and Wolverine. Weapons fire!! I fire 12 each at their Catapults and Cyclops. I take out all three. The first’s ammo in the RT hit by our Warhammer again in Fiche a Cúig, Baais’s Orion hits the ammo in the LT of the other. Then Twanenty-Fower’s Grasshopper hit the Cyclops’ ammo too. Boom, dead mech!!! Their Cyclops’s AC20 hit the head and decapitated our Catapult in Baais. Melee!!! Our Jenner legs their Locust’s RL!!! Our Orion legs their Warhammer’s RL!!! Our Banshee legs the LL in their CRD!!!! Our Catapult the RL in their ML carrying Hunchback. We drop but miss and split attacks on their JM and TBT that fall but survive.

Beginning of Contract #99:

Jan 10, 3031 – We arrive at the St. Ives Compact world of St. Loris at it’s Nadir JumpPoint with Shishi Mech and Zeta Vee, in a Gazelle, Union and 2 Leopard CV and one Achilles and Intruder to do it’s security deal for three months. It’ll end on April 10, 3031 and we got a Command Circuit here to help with Liao Rebels.

Jan 14, 3031 – We land at the quiet and nothing here, but the CC needs to bring in and get even moral victories right now. We inspect and set up defenses and more and prepare stuff too. We set up our normal two lances of patrols too.

Jan 19 – There are some protests at our presence since we fought on the side of the FS in the 4th and then on the side of the Duchy of Andurien against the CC too.

Jan 22 - They begin rioting against us in large numbers.

Jan 24 – They begin to bomb various places like the local utilities and such here.

Jan 26 – They send a force against us a mixed force of mechs, vees, VTOLs and infantry too.

Set-up – We win 9-4. Hmm. Nice work hours!! We put our stuff on the outskirts of the base and center so they can see all of my forces. No hiding!!! Nothing is near us since they are attacking me in the middle.

Turn 1 – We lose init this time 12-7. Huh!!! Not great work hours. Then we move as far as I can as fast as I can. I base their Centurion with my Atlas, BM and Banshee that only move 3 or 4. Then they begin to flank us with Pegasus, Condors and more and Locust and Wasp. I base their Pegasus with my two lights -Jenner and Spider that have the speed to base it, they base our Banshee’s flank with their VND, which I base with our Grasshopper, Wolverine and Catapult, Archer too. Weapons fire – 12 mechs at their Awesome and 12 vees at their Demolisher!!! Zeta’s Drillson destroys their Demolisher’s front!!! Shishi’s Catapult hits the LRM ammo in their Awesome -boom dead mech. They half the speed on my Maxim, melee!!! We hurt their Pegasus but it’s fine. Our Archer legs their Vindicator’s LL and our Banshee the LL on their Centurion too. They drop our Banshee though.

Turn 2 – We keep losing init 6-4. We eject our Maxim and then rise our Banshee and charge them and base their Behemoth. Our Jenner and Spider stick with their damaged Pegasus and our Awesome, CRD, and TBolt base their Rifleman. Then our Atlas, and BM also base their Behemoth too. Our Wolverine, Grasshopper and Archer base their Hunter, and then our Catapult their Scimitar. Weapons fire - 12 each at their Manticore and Rommel. Our Catapult also hit the side of their Manticore – dead!!! Our Von Luckner destroys their Rommel’s turret!!! Melee!!! They drop and leg our Jenner’s LL after it also hit it on the way down. Then it gets back by destroying their Pegasus’s right side. Then our TBolt legs their Rifleman’s RL!!! Our Archer immobilizes their Hunter!!!

With us taking out 5 vees, and legged or destroyed 4 mechs, they flee their base and it’s ours!!!

Feb 02, 3031 – Arriving at the Zenith JumpPoint across from us are two Merchant JumpShips with CC military logos. They have a Vengeance, Avenger, and two Unions. They announce that they are here to punish us. They are coming in with 2 mech companies to our one each mech and vee. We could handle two Leopards and two escorts like Avengers. things, but a Vengeance has 40 fighters, so I pull my stuff and send it to hide. They WILL have air support too.

Feb 06 – They arrive at the planet.

This is their Raven 4X - it removes the big and not working ECW suite for a more combat role. It weighs 35 tons, moves 5/8/5, has armor at max 7 tons the max and then for weapons it has 2 ML, SRM6, 2 MG and 12 heat sinks – enough to use all weapons and then run – not a bad variant at all, love to bring it in. Set-up – We win nastily 11-3!! We set up outside of thee base at the top of the box! They set up around us in the urban chaos but none near us.

Turn 1 - They thump us back in init, but closer 11-5. Both 11s!!! Then I moved my stuff where 5 possible as well as Zeta’s assault vees one at a time under them. Then they begin to flank us with the Locust, Raven, Wasps and Shadow Hawk. I base their Raven with our Jenner, Spider and Wolverine. Then we base their UrbanMech they move in front of our Atlas 3 away, based. It could be a one-kick wonder though. I don’t spend any other mechs to base it. Then their Vindicator bases it’s flank a few turns later, and our BM, Banshee and Archer base it back all move 3 or 4. Then our Grasshopper bases their left flank Locust 7 away from their QD, they take the bait and then they move their QD and base it back, and I bring over our Awesome and TDR to base it back. I also base their Raven with our leaping Catapult to the flank. Weapons fire – I spend 12 each firing at their BM and Charger. Shishi’s CRD hit the Ammo in their BM, boom, dead mech!!!!! Zeta’s Von Luckner’s AC10 hit the Charger’s head, and cracked the cockpit – dead mech!!! We also took out it’s RA too. Melee??!!??!?!! They destroy our Brutus. Our Catapult legs their Raven’s LL. Ours!!! Our Atlas legs the Urbie’s LL. We drop and split attacks on their QD and then our Archer takes out their Vindicator’s LL too. Their QD and Locust drop our Grasshopper though.

Turn 2 – They keep init, but just win 3-2. Hmmm. I rise our Grasshopper after they do the QD and keep it based. Our Wolverine, Spider and Jenner base their Locust. They finish flanking us and base our flanks and rears with their lights and faster mediums like Cicada and PXH and such. Our Awesome and TDR stay on their QD. We base their Wolverine with our Archer, Catapult and CRD. Then their Catapult isn’t base able, sorry. I do move our Atlas, Banshee and BM to base their TDR though. Weapons fire 12 each at their Cyclops and Catapult. Shishi’s CRD hit the ammo on their Cyclops’ LRM ammo dead mech! We also destroyed both arms and torsos too. Despite the ton of AC20s and such in the vees, we do take out the LL of their Catapult with our Schrek and the RL by our Manticore. We also take out both arms. We savaged but it survives! Then our Awesome’s RA is destroyed by them and it falls. Hand to hand! Our TDR drops and legs their QD. We drop their TDR but split attacks on legs, it’s not legged. They drop and leg our Grasshopper’s LL. Our Jenner legs their Locust’s RL. Our mechs on the Wolverine drop it, but not legged.

We thumped them all good. They eject and flee!!!

Beginning of Contract #100:

Jan 10, 3031 – Arriving for their Extract Raid for the Duchy of Andurien in their war against the CC with the MAC at the Nadir JumpPoint is Téis company at the system of Kasdach!!! We have one-tird of our fleet here too. Here they have 1 Avenger, Leopard at an Invader we smash and then hammer. All destroyed. We destroyed all 6 fighters! Can we salvage one or the other? We toss a 4 and 9 – so yes to their Avenger!!! It costs us 8 mill – paid. War Chest is 59,127,732. Their Invader flees when we chase it.

Battle Loss at JumpPoint – We took 4 mill damage, lost 4 fighters and can salvage 2 for 1.1 mill and lost 2 for a total of 10,093,864. We can salvage 3 of theirs for 1.7 mill,.

Jan 15, 3031 – We arrive at the Planet of Kasdach where there are two Avengers, an Intruder, 3 Leopard CVs for a total of 22 fighters. We destroy two Avengers and a CV the rest flee to various places. I send one Achilles and 6 fighters and 2 Aquarius against each fleer. Seeing that they flee back to the world and head into the Atmosphere where our Achilles cannot follow. We take out an Intruder with our fighters, the rest area are secure from us. Can we salvage an Intruder, 2 Avengers or a Leopard CV? We toss a 7, 8, 9 and 5. Yes to the…Intruder!!! It’ll cost us cash at 7 mill – spent! War chest is 52,127,732. They only kept 8 fighters.

Battle Loss at the Planet –
We took 10.5 mill in damage. We lost 8 fighters - 4 can be salvaged for 2.5 mill, 4 lost for a total of 20,736,572. We lost 2 Aquarius one can be salvaged for 1.6 mill and the other lost for 14,221,500 – we salvage 8 of their fighters for 4.5 mill.

We find here at the planet cash worth 18 mill.

Set-up – We lose badly 7-2. I set up first. They set up their Banshee near us in heavies. The rest far away.

Turn 1 – We double their score 8-4. We move 5 where possible. They move their Urbie first, my Atlas and BM base it. Our TDR and Grasshopper base their WW. They hop their Grasshopper by trees far away. Our PXH moves 5 to base their Jav and their Victor hops over to base it back in front of our Vulcan and Spider. I leap them to base their Jav. They move their Banshee last. It moves one to base our Grasshopper, I leap our Catapult next to it and their WW too. Weapons fire at their Banshee and backs up past the line of sight by some of our stuff. I fire them at their QD instead. They drop our Spider and PXH. Our Charger’s AC20 beheads their Banshee!!!! Their Urbie’s AC20 up to it beheads our Atlas back. Ouch. Melee!!! No legging the Jav but their Urbie and WW could fall. Their Victor destroys our LT on the PXH. Our BM legs their Urbie’s RL!!!! Our Grasshopper also RL’s their WW leg.

Turn 2 – We win init 11-8. I eject the PXH. I cannot get to their Grasshopper to leg it. Our BM bases their Dervish, I try to stand with my Spider and run to its back, fall and then succeed. I also base it with our Vulcan and Catapult. Their Victor bases our Stalker’s flank. Their Jav bases its rear and their QD our Grasshopper’s flank. I cannot draw LOS to their Victor in our rear with all of my stuff, so those target their Grasshopper. Our Vulcan hit the ammo in their Grasshopper! We also dropped their Victor too. Melee!!! Our BM destroys the LL of their Dervish – legged!!!

Feb 01, 3031 – Contract Time! For these tomorrow coming back are Tekau mā Waru, Labíng-Pitó and Kumi na Tano companies so I can send them!

I have 4 deals. Here they are:

#1. The FS want us to O Raid the DC world of Telos IV one jump from Quentin on the FS, we’d need our fleet and a battallion of mechs, since it’s a bit behind the Line of border and very far but still on the border. We could be there on February 27!
#2. The LC want us to O Raid the FWL world of Bainsville a couple of jumps away from the border. We’d be there on March 02, and just need one company.
#3. The Tikonov Free Republic want us to do a six month security deal for Epsilon Eridani. We need one company each of mechs and vees, and then could be there on Feb 20.
#4. The FWL want us to do an O Raid on the Duchy of Andurien now that Thomas Marik has secured power, and then hurt their ability to keep this up. They want us to hit Shiro III on their border, with a command circuit and we’d need just a company of mechs. I’d like to wait until the DOA deal is up so we aren’t playing on both sides, and they agree, and we could be there on Mar 14, 3031. Also not really a fan of planetary asaults here.

I take all four.

Beginning of Contract #101:

February 26, 3031 – Our large navy with and such that is hired by the FS for the nearby DC world of Telos IV at the Nadir JumpPoint of the system are Tekau mā Waru, Labíng-Pitó and Kumi na Tano. We have 1/3 of our navy here. We unload and scan and here are two Invader with 3 Avengers, 2 Leopard CVs and an open ring for their Overlord - ditto their Zenith one too. They have 12 fighters. We take out 2 and 1 respectively and 10 fighters. Can we grab the Avengers or Leopard CV? They flee with thier JumpShips after reboarding. We toss a 7, 4 and 12 so yes to the CV! It costs us 5 mill, spent now. War chest is 78,758,660.

Battle Loss at JumpPoint – We took 5 mill in damages, lost 4 fighters, 2 can be salvaged for 1.6 mill and two lost for 10,865,853. We can salvage 5 of thiers for 2.5 mill

We salvaged here 15 mill of stuff.

March 02 – We arrive at their planet and find here another 24 fighters, with 3 Leopard and an Overlord in the back and then 4 Avengers too. We take out 16 fighters, and two each Avengers and Leopards and then the rest flee. Can we get one of those? We toss a 12, 8, 5 and 8 so yes to an Avenger. It takes us 9 mill, spent – War Chest is - 69,758,660

Battle Loss at Telos IV
– We took a massive 12 mill in damage and then lost 10 fighters, 5 are salvageable for 3 mill and then 5 lost for a total cost of 24,034,033 and we can salvage 8 of theirs for 5.5 mill.

We found and salvaged here stuff worth 16 mill.

Love that Spider, Orion, Tbolt and all but the Victor Assaults!! We’ve fought against tons of Kurita mechs in the Galtor Campaign. They have 3 AC20s they’ll fire at us with aplomb on double ultra fire, just as a heads up.

They are on the south of an Urban Base and then us on the north and then they are regular.

This is their weird TBT Variant from 3025, it’s a 50 ton mech that moves 5/8, has 11 heat sinks, 120 points of armor and then for weapons an SRM2, AC5 and PPC so it’s a direct long range not the missile boat. Weird. Pic:

Set-Up – We win 7-4 I set up at the southern part of the northern flank attacking them. They set up in a giant arc away from us! I can see some maybe one company of their stuff.

Turn 1 – We lose init badly 9-2. We move first and 5 hexes too all up and down the map. We charge! Then they begin flanking each side with their three Jenners, and Stinger and Wasps too. We base thier left flank Wasp with our Jav, Jenner and Wolfhound. Then they base our Wolfhound’s flank with thier Hermes II 4K – if I can bring it in, that might be nice, so I base it with 2 Wolverines and then our Hermes II too. They base our Wolfhound with their Cicada too. Weapons fire!!!!! I fire 18 each at their Atlas and BM. Our Awesome in Tekau mā Waru hit their BM’s ammo – boom, dead mech!!! We also took out the RT and RA too. Our Charger in Labíng-Pitó opens up the CT on their Atlas and that company’s Archer hit the gyro and engine enough to shut it down and then we also took out it’s LA too. Melee!!! Our Wolfhound drops and legs their Wasp’s LL. They drop it, and we drop but don’t leg their Hermes.

Turn 2 – We lose init again closer but high 11-9. We rise our Wolfhound and run with it. Then they sac play a Panther in front of Tekau mā Waru’s three assaults just three or four, I base it with the BM, Charger and Banshee. Then we base their Hermes II they rise with ours again and then also two Wolverines. Our Javelin, Phoenix Hawk, Vulcan and Jenner base their right flank’s Jenner. Their QD bases our PXH’s flank with a leap and I base it with 2 Grasshoppers and a Catapult in Tekau mā Waru. Our Banshee, Crockett, and Charger in Labíng-Pitó base their Warhammer. Their Grand Dragon bases that Charger’s flank in front of its Awesome by 2. I base it with the Awesome, Crusader and Catapult it in and leap in our 3rd Grasshopper. Weapons fire!!! I fire12 mechs each at the Stalker, Longbow and Awesome – we didn’t fire at their Victor. Our Charger in Tekau mā Waru AC20 hit the ammo in their Stalker – boom!! Dead mech. Only its legs and H survived. Our Archer in Labíng-Pitó hit their Longbow’s ammo – boom, dead mech too. We also destroyed its RL. Then our BM in Kumi na Tano’s ML hit the H on their Awesome, goes internal and destroys its cockpit dead pilot, but the head survived. We also destroyed its RA. Ours!!! They destroy our Wolfhound’s LL that was damaged. It’s down. Melee! We drop and leg their Hermes with ours its LL. Our Phoenix Hawk the RL of their Jenner. We drop their QD and Grand Dragon and Warhammer but not legged.

Turn 3 – They keep init 8-7. We eject our Wolfhound. Their Warhammer rises, I stick with the Banshee, Crockett and BM next to it. Their QD rises on the 2nd try and then turns, we stay based with the 2 Grasshoppers and then Catapult too. Then their Grand Dragon flees after rising behind their line and we cannot base it. Our 2 Wolverines, PXH and Hermes II base thier Cicada. Then our Banshee, BM, TDR and Charger in Kumi na Tano bases thier Victor. Then their Spider cannot be based either. Our Awesome and Stalker 3H and other Stalker base their Griffin and then our Catapult leaps over and bases it too. Weapons fire – 12 each at their Orion, TDR and the other Warhammer 6K. Our TDR in Tekau mā Waru drops the Orion after hitting and dropping the LL and then the Grasshopper there the LA too. Then the Warhamer 6K is blownup by our Banshee in Labíng-Pitó – dead mech. Then the TDR is blown up by our Kumi na Tano Grasshopper. Insert sad face here. Then the AC20 in their Hunchback beheads our Banshee’s H in Kumi na Tano. Ouch. Melee! We leg their other Warhammer’s LL. We also leg their QD’s RL. We drop but don’t leg theri Victor, we had a missed kick on it. Our Stalker legs thier Griffin’s LL.

There we go we took them all out all up and down the block and they eject and flee. We have captured the DC base.

Beginning of Contract #102:

March 02, 3031 - Vint-i-vuit arrives at the FWL Nadir JumpPoint system for their Bainsville system. None challenge us at all. We have an Invader, and Union, Leopard CV and then an Avenger too.

Mar 07 – We arrive at their home and then we drop and arrive at a DropPort by an industrial complex. We begin to get our scout on with our fighters and then none comes to prevent our smashing. Our scout does confirm the right number and type of forces of 12 mechs, but...they are veteran not regular.

Set-up – We lose closely 8-7. We set up on the Open Terrain #1 map. I set up on the far side of their central woods. They are all there.

Turn 1 – We win init though 11-8. I move 5 where possible. They charge us with their Urbie and RFL. My Awesome and TDR base their PXH that moved in. Thier BM runs behinds our line and we aren’t facing it basing the flank of our Awesome. I base it with our Catapult and Grasshopper and Raven. Weapons fire at their BM if i can draw LOS to it. Otherwise I fire at their RFL. We savage their BM and take out the LA and LL with our Grasshopper and it falls. We drop their Rifleman. Melee! We drop their PXH but no legs we split attacks

Turn 2 – We keep init 8-5. They back up their Banshee behind the forest, no targets. Their Urbie sac plays in front of my TDR. I stay by it. I also base it with our Griffin and Raven. Our Awesome and Catapult base their Stinger. Their RFL stands and runs away. Our PXH bases theirs. I fire at their MAD if i can draw a line otherwise their RFL again. We hit the ammo in their MAD by our CRD and our Stalker destroyed the CT of thier Rifleman but no ammo hit. Melee!! Our PXH drops theirs, not legged, but it blacks out! We leg thier Stinger’s LL and their Urbie’s RL!!!

They eject and flee!!!

Beginning of Contract #103:

Feb 20, 3031 - Lambda and Téis Companies arrive at the Nadir JumpPoint of Epsilon Eridani for a 6 month security deal for the local Tikonov Free Republic. We head in! This was our homeworld in the last dynasty. Our contract starts and then ends on Aug 20.

Feb 25 – We arrive at and land on the planet. We check it out and give it a good looksee. We set up defending at a local base and then begin to patrol with two lances each as per standard.

March 24 – Our scouting fighters find some dissident Caps on this former world. They are moving up and out. We chase them down with Téis with Lambda holding the base since we don’t wanna be attacked there if this is a decoy. Just our mechs will be launching the attack on the dissidents we found, but according to our fighters that found them – they should be fine.

This is their Harrasser Missile Platform; a 25 ton scout light hover vee moving a speedy 10/15 with light armor at just a ton and a half. For weapons it’s got in the turret 2 SRM6. It’s good against other vees or finding holes from direct fire like AC20s and 10s and PPCs. Pic?

Set—up – We lose by one 10-9. We set up top right a bit, and then they in the backleft corner of the center.

Turn 1 – We win init massively 10-2. I move 5 where possible. Our Atlas bases their Demolisher. Good job Téis!! Their Charger moves in front of our Vulcan. Our PXH and Spider base their Demolisher and Brutus. Weapons fire at the Demolisher!! Long range at a LRM Carrier. Actually, I added in two LRM Carriers so I split attacks. Our Charger hit the Demolisher’s front with his AC20 – dead tank!!! Our Archer destroyed an LRM Carrier’s front too. Their Catapult hit our Atlas’s sensors and life support in the Head. Our Spider destroyed their LRM Carrier’s right side. Melee!!!! Nothing major on their Scorpion.

Turn 2 – We keep init 12-6. I eject my head savaged Atlas. Our Stalker and Catapult base their Scimitar. Our Vulcan to the rear of their savaged Scorpion. Their Brutus moves in front of our BM! I base it with our TDR. Our Spider buy their Scorpion too. Their Charger bases our Grasshopper and Awesome Our BM, PXH and Charger base their VND. I fire 6 each at their Brutus and Schrek. Our BM destroys the Schrek’s rear. Our Charger the turret of their Brutus killed. Melee time!! Our Spider destroys their Scorpions rear! Nothing else destroyed or legged – we didn’t even drop their VND.

They flee! We took out six vees!!!

May 03, 3031 – An Invader arrives at the Epsilon Eridani Pirate JumpPoint pretty close into us and unfurls a Gazelle, Union and Leopard CV to hit us past our point of entry. They have a logo we don’t know, but our liaison tells us it’s a merc. They are here to raid us.

May 05 – They arrive at a DropPort near our base a few hours away and begin to roll out to hit us with fighter coverage. They hit us hard.

Set-up – We win well 10-5 and double them up. They set up at the top away from us in the center. They set up all away from us too. We thump them good and down the block.

Turn 1 - They win init 7-6. Close for us!!! We move 5 where possible. They begin to flank us with their scouts like the J. Edgar and Harrasser and Wolfhound. We base the latter with our Vulcan and PXh and the Harasser with Téis’s Spider. Then their Urbie does a sac play, and we base it with our Atlas moving 4 and BM 5. Thier GD bases our BM’s flank, we base it with our Awesome, Stalker and Catapult. Our TDR, CRD and Charger base thier Devastator and then our Hopper too. Weapons fire! 12 mechs at thier Cyke and 6 vees at the Ontos and 6 at the SRM Carrier – both lighter armored. Our Archer hit the ammo in their Cyclops – boom, dead mech!!! We also destroyed it’s LA and both torsos. Our Brutus in Lambda destroyed their Ontos’s front and their SRM Carrier’s front is destroyed by our Von Luckner. Their Devastator legs our Vulcan’s LL.Melee!!! Our Grasshopper destroys their Devastator’s turret!!! Our Spider destroyed their rear on the Harasser. We drop the Grand Dragon and Wolfhound -no legs. We double legged their Urbie though.

Turn 2 – They keep init 8-7. I eject my Vulcan. They do the Urbie. Téis moves out and then they rise the Wolfhound I stayed based with our PXH and then our Grasshopper and Spider arrive too. Then their Grand Dragon stands and I stick near it with our three fire support - Awesome, Stalker and Catapult. Our Atlas and BM base their Shadow Hawk. We cannot base their TDR and need to take out their Victor instead. Our Charger, TDR and Archer base their Laser Carrier. Weapons fire!!! I fire my mechs at their aforementioned Victor, and then vees at their SF. Our Grasshopper beheads their Victor, and then it falls and destroys the CT - no ammo explosion. We also destroy both arms. Our Rhino destroys their SturmFeur!!! Their Victor destroyed our Hunter. Melee? Okay!!!! Our BM legs their SHD’s LL. Our Archer destroys their Laser Carrier’s left side!!! We leg their Wolfhound’s LL too and then Grand Dragon’s RL.


They eject the legged stuff and then flee!!! We took out HALF of their units in two rounds.

We are asked with hitting them and then we send out both of our things to do so. We have here our vee and Mech companies and then they have a full mixed battalion of stuff.

We are hitting them and ambushing them in a Mountain pass road. They are in the middle and us the south. This is their J. Edgar: 25 tons, 1 ML, 2 SRM2, and not great armor.

Set-up – We lose sadly 8-6. Close! We set up at the top of the bottom flank – yay for the beats. They are not near us at all. I can see most of their key stuff.

Turn 1 – We lose the first init toss too but closer at 6-5. We move 5 where possible. They move thier Whitworth in front of our Atlas 3 away, and BM 4 – based and TDR too. Then our Awesome and Stalker and Archer base thier Cataphract that bases the flank of my TDR. They begin to flank to me. I base thier Locust with our Spider, PXH and Vulcan too. Our Charger and Grasshopper base thier Pegasus. Weapons fire!!! I fire 12 mechs at thier Stalker and 6 vees each at thier LRM Carrier and Schrek!!! Our Grasshopper hit and blows up the ammo in thier Stalker – dead mech walking. Also destroyed are two arms. Our Rhino hits and destroys thier Schrek’s turret! Then our Schrek thier LRM Carrier’s front is taken down. They immobilize our Hunter. Melee! Our Hopper ½ the speed on thier Pegasus. We drop their CTF. Our PXH legs thier Locust’s LL and our TDR the RL on thier WW 1S.

Turn 2 – We lose badly 10-3. Ouch. I eject our Hunter, thier CTF rises and we stay based with our Archer, Stalker and Awesome. Our Hopper and Charger stay next to thier Pegasus. Our Atlas, TDR and BM move a few hexes to base thier Longbow, and then we also base it with our Catapult and PXH too. Our Vulcan and Spider base thier Saladin. Weapons fire!!! Our mechs fire at thier Catapult and then our vees thier VL. Our Rhino destroys thier VL’s front too. Our BM hit the ammo in their Catapult from a through armor criticial – dead boom!!! We also destroy it’s RA too. They destroy our H on our Stalker’s Head, dead mech. Melee!! Our Grasshopper immobilizes thier Pegasus!!! Our Catapult legs thier Longbow’s LL!!! Our Awesome also the LL on thier CTF!!!

They eject and flee!!!
