They trust the GOP brand more than Dems. I think there are a lot of people who don't necessarily see Trump as the GOP, but his own entity who just happens to be using the GOP as the vessel to power.

I don't really know how serious (e.g. funding, bills) the details of both initiatives but good acknowledgement that AI is (one of) the next battlefield.

Interesting to me is article says "allies, such as Japan and Australia" and did not include Taiwan, Korea or EU. May be reading too much into their absence though.

This is why I don't think they are offering her a pardon, as much as offering to commute her sentence as long as she will testify "truthfully" (or truthfully about those they hate, lie about Trump and his supporters). She is asking for a full pardon though, according to reports.

Her attorney said she was asked about 100 names. Not that she offered 100 names, but Trump's attorney had a list. It's so obvious how this is going to play out.

On one hand, if she gets a pardon, she can't plead the 5th, so could be forced to give evidence the GOP won't like.

On the other hand, LOL at anyone who thinks Democrats would actually follow through with something like this.

Also on the other hand, I'm pretty sure Trump thinks that if she was to say things he didn't like after a pardon, he could just imprison her again. And there's a lot of evidence to suggest he's right. After all, who's going to hold him accountable?

Today Trump suggested that his name was planted in the Epstein files by the Biden administration, which is basically Trump admitting that he's in there.

He's losing some parts of his base over this. Rogan is openly mocning him now and was laughing about the South Park episode on his show.

Biden was rightfully reported on for his cognitive decline. It's baffling that this is treated as normal.
