I was just wondering what everyone trains, so here's a poll!

Note: This isn't what you are training this week, but rather, what you train long term.

Been doing playmaking for awhile now. Going to switch to scoring for the beginning of next season.

Defending now, but I'll have to switch to playmaking pretty soon when I go to a 3-5-2 like EVERY other team with hopes of winning at a higher level.

Training keepers this season, should have two excellents by the start of next season. One will get sold and I will probably switch to training playmaking.

I am training keepers this season and will probably be switching to either defense or playmaking next season.

Curious as to why you said you need to use a 3-5-2 to do well?

Because it seems like EVERYBODY above D.IV plays a 3-5-2...

Here's why I said the 3-5-2 is practically a must...

There are 8 teams in the Major League - 5 use it

In D2 we have 32 teams - 6 in 2.1, 5 in 2.2, 7 in 2.3 and 6 in 2.4 for a total of 24/32

In D3 we have 128 teams so I'm not going to calculate that :), but 6 of the 8 teams in line to autopromote to D2 also use it, so when 35 of the 48 best teams (72.9%) use the same formation, there has got to be a reason for that.

because of the over-importance of a midfield and possesion %

Its more important at the lower levels IMHO. I think thats because most people only have but 1 or 2 really good players. But when you get up into the ML and divisions 2 and 3 it becomes less critical.

I thought there would be more scoring trainers than defender trainers.

Playmaking for...6 1/2 seasons. Debating a switch to scoring in the near future (relatively speaking; within the next 2 seasons...)
