Why would my supporters fall?

My supporters have been high on life for most of the season (or atleast since the cup loss; if i remember correctly) and after the game this weekend my supporters dropped to delirious even though i won my game and remain unbeaten. Also my experience with the formation i run in league games (i alternate between the 5-4-1 & 4-5-1 for league and friendlies) is only at Solid and it should have risen to excellent? What would cause these two things?

I've heard you have to score a lot of goals to keep supporters at "high on life," so maybe that has something to do with it.

Also, did you buy/sell any players recently (other than this week's youth pull)? That can cause formation experience to drop.

I did sell one of my backup defenders; he had been with the team for probably about 2 months but never started; maybe that is the problem. Also I did only win my game 2-1 so that might also be the problem there. Thanks for the help dacman
