National Team Management Question

After success at Ajax, I applied for the Holland job and, surprisingly, was offered the position. Five of my first team players at Ajax are Dutch internationals. So I was wondering if there was any advantage to my Dutch team if I played the same tactics as my Ajax squad. Is there a hidden cohesion bonus because five of these guys already know the system?

hmmm i'm not sure. i'd guess that it might help though. especially if those 5 are in like...key positions in it (i.e. not the GK)
