you dont need that econ unless you are over 200k in debt of have more than 500k in the clear.

spokespersons. might as well hire 10 if you have the money. they help with getting supporters and keeping your mood high.

physio's pretty much depend on how much you want to avoid injuries and how high yoru training % is. personally, i train at 100% and have 10 physio's. i still get occasional injuries though.

6 goaltending coaches and 4 assistant coaches
~3 psychologists (not sure about this, have to check when HT comes back)
10 spokespersons
1 economist (heading toward 800k in the black and there'll be more before there's less)
~3 physiotherapists (have to check this one too)

Knock on wood, I've only suffered a severe enough injury to interrupt training once and then only for a week, IIRC. On another occasion, my keeper got knocked out of the game but didn't miss any training, which netted me a nice little profit daytraining a keeper.

Whoa.. so if I have 2.7M CDN, I should get an economist? And 10 Spokespersons at least?

MikeVic-Yes, I'd get an economist or 3.
Run your info through HattriX's econray, http://www.databased.at/hattrick/x-ray/index.asp?starter=econray
It will tell you how much you need.

Personally right now my staff is:
1 Goaltending coach
9 assistant coaches
10 spokies
3 psychologists
10 physiotherapists
10 doctors (have an injury to a half trainee)
1 economist (have about 650k right now so I make a few bucks, but I expect the revenue to keep increasing....I posted something about this in the USA conf).

Dola,
Never hire more than 10 total coaches (GK + asst.)
And never hire more than 10 of any other specialist, they can cause problems for your team and cause fines and stuff.
i.e. 10 spokies is good if you can afford them. But don't go to 11.

My total at the moment:
9 assistants
1 goalkeeping coach
10 spokespersons
5 psychs (I had a nasty shutout and except a couple more... need my confidence)
1 econ ($800k. Had a few more when I had money)
10 physios (I think... either 10 or 8. HT seems to be down at the moment)
0 doctors.

I noticed very few injuries with 98% training and 5 physios which is good early on when you want to save $7500 per week in staff fees.

I train PM at 100% and this is my staff:
1 goaltending coach
9 assistant coaches
10 spoke persons (this is a must if you can afford them, it helps a lot to get more supporters per weekand more money from sponsors that increases week by week)
3 psychologists
10 physiotherapists
5 doctors (have some injuries)
1 economist (have only +700.000€)

I was waiting for somebody to say that I should be talking about my HT staff, not my RL staff. ;)

For the record that IS my HT staff. :D
