posting from excel?

I've got a pretty table with all (most) of the FOFC teams and how they finished, with destinations if they were promoted or relegated. Can anyone suggest a way for me to post the table on here some, or am I just going to have to reduce it to plain text?

Goto your profile and change your editor to WSIFIG or whatever, then jsust copy and paste.

go to your option page, turn the editor to WYSIWYG and you should be all set. Just make sure your excel table doesn't have too much formatting or else it will take you a loooong time to post and it may not work...
