Stupid question...

I know friendly yellow cards don't carry over. But if a player is sent off in a friendly, does the suspension count?

I've had two injuries (one to a regular starting mid) and a red card in my FOFC Cup game. :(

Cards, either red or yellow, don't count in friendlies.

Well, you did get better ratings overall than me, and more consistent. Passable or almost all over the board, while I had a little of anything, from weak to excellent :) Good game to you too!

PS: I had two starters in there though. Rossten at mid and Hegger at defense. I was playing a newbie PIC last sunday and felt like I could afford not playing these two, but not really to bring them on your team, but more because they already have 2 yellows each and I'm going into a 2 game stretch against a team with which I'm tied in 3rd place of my league. Couldn't afford to miss either of them in the first match... :)

Well I have full A and B squad, but my B squad kinda sucks. The middie is a new trainee with inadequate playmaking but solid passing that I hope I'll train up (he played last Sunday) so here's a boost to the midfield you had to suffer through. However the defender is a high passable, kind of 2.5 stars instead of the 3 you got from Hegger...

Good thing these two were in there, or you would have won...

Pretty darn good crowd in my match.... enough for my foreign opponent (BreizhManu) to make over $7,000 after travel costs (I got over $13,000).

I not surprisingly won 6-0 with some of my players playing in terrible form (3 starters were in poor form, 2 in inad form). The match also saw the debut of B-teamer Buster Arce!

Yes, nice ùatch, no surprise there, the only player getting more than ** was the only usual starter.

Sadly, I think both Bee and I find the FOFCers more competitive than our current leagues, lol. At least I know it is on my end, lol. I play most of my 'inexperienced' players during the league games since most of the teams are relatively light. Then during the friendlies I mix it up for training and form purposes.

It will even out in the end because I plan on selling my best players the next time they pop. I've got to get used to playing with the scrubs, lol.

A great 4-1 win for the mighty Shaw Shanksters. We have been by the form bug the past few weeks but it seems like we have finally gotten over it.

The player of the game was Herb Willey.

A mistake by the home sides central defence in the 29:th minute allowed Herb Willey to score 0 - 1 for Shaw_Shanksters.

Herb Willey increased the visitors lead by putting a volley shot away on a pass from the right. 0 - 2.

Almost all the way down to the corner flag Herb Willey somhow managed to get a perfect pass into the middle, impossible to miss for Kenneth Beck who struck for 1 - 4.

Deacons did manange to bring one of my players down.

Shaw_Shanksters´s Claudio Dell'Asta left the field after 41 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was Dudley Pritchard.

Now I will be forced to buy a foward. Damn you ntndeacon! ;)

West Henrietta FC won 6-1 as both squads fielded B-teamers. WHFC dominated the battle of the midfield (64%/72%) which would explain the lopsided score. The Lions netted four second half goals after the teams went to halftime at 2-1. Our three 18 YO trainees netted goals: Rich Taylor (2), Dominic Gerlach, and Ricardo Ibarra.
