Also managed to find a mod community (http://www.intertopspintour.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=1047&sid=d5cabc5b8543ec7d08dbc2e1d976af9d)that created a real life tennis tour apparently.

ITST Mod (http://www.intertopspintour.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1047&t=16709) is a Tennis Elbow 2013 game modification dedicated to online competitive play, bringing a balanced roster of 36 pros custom animated players, 70+ custom 2D courts, custom outfits, sounds, and custom menu interface.

The mod is designed to be used as a standard to play the ITST Tennis Elbow Tour competition wich is hosted @ intertopspintour.net .
It's updated on a regular basis to add new content (animations, HD courts) and fine tune the gameplay balance.

The mod doesn't contain any customization for offline World Tour Career mode (maybe in the future).
