That is according to the 101 year old marathon runner on the Today show this Sunday morning.
IN US figures that would be about a Pack of Cigarettes and a 12 pack a beer a day.
Damn, I knew I was doing something wrong in my healthy lifestyle; I need to smoke more cigarettes and drink more beer if I want to live healthier!:D
LOL... I do not think I have ever seen a marathon runner stop to have a drink and a smoke during the race.:)
Buster has made his own age-defying challenge all the tougher because for 90 years he has been a habitual drinker and smoker. And he won't clean up his act for the race. He intends to stop for a sip of his favourite bitter, which he drinks with a segment of orange, and a cigarette along the way.
"I've been smoking since I was seven," he said. "When I get to the line, if there isn't a pint of beer there waiting for me I'll want to know why. I'm not worried about the fags because I'll carry them with me. Everyone says smoking kills but it's taking a long time in my case. I don't change. If I do, I will make myself ill."
