So I decided to be different and purchase some lamb shoulder chops from Kroger. Can anyone offer any tips or recipes as to how to prepare it because Im clueless on lamb? Can I throw them on the George Foreman?

I like my lamb pretty simple: rub with peppercorns and broil 5 minutes a side for medium rare.

Broling is very popular with lamb. I like to season them with various spices and then pan sear them and pop them in the oven until med rare.
