This is pretty awesome. I'm sitting on a Lufthansa flight 36,000 feet over the Atlantic, and I'm able to surf the web on my laptop. Now I need to play some PokerStars to recoup the cost of the connection... :D

It's a normal WiFi connection. The price was $30, unlimited use, for the whole flight.

There doesn't seem to be the lag I was expecting. It goes from the plane to a satellite, and down to Earth and back.

I'm on my way back home, so DFW. I left Johannesburg Saturday night at 8:30pm, that flight landed at 5:00am in Frankfurt, and this one lands at 2pm in DFW. I'll be pretty much sleeping for the next two days straight...

Hey man, read the poll thread! It says there isn't a seperate poll this week, the final regular season poll will be after next weekend's games. Oh, that's right, you are an Okie... :D

But there will be a special poll announcement for this week, in conjunction with SGS. Details will be forthcoming.
