Wow, our house came out in the paper on Monday and today it sold!! I'm soooooo happy!!!

We have a contract on a house that's twice the size and only have a few details to work out with them.

I'm so excited and nervous at the same time... our house payment just doubled!

We took out a homeowners loan to pay off our debt... so basically we made little money after adding that back in to the payoff.
