Hey all,

In my MP, I have a QB with the Short Yardage style, but limited Screen Passing ability. In addition, he excels at midrange-to-deep throwing (his highest potential stats are in 11-20 and 20-30 yard passes). If his strength really is in midrange passing, what does the Short Yardage style do? I would suspect that it determines the TYPES of formations he knows, with Intelligence determining the number of them. If this is the case, does this make for an inefficient QB? The QB in question has a High Intelligence, and is young... over time, even if that is an inefficient combo, would the number of plays learned not balance out the style inefficiency?
