Yeah. A stud who dumped his wife and kids for a pop star when he became famous.
Sorry. I don't ride the "Lance Armstrong: American Hero" bandwagon.

Yeah. A stud who dumped his wife and kids for a horse-faced, no talent pop star when he became famous.
Fixed that for you. In addition to being a little bit of a schmuck, he suffers from a dreadful lack of taste. :D

He was on Oprah last week and she asked him about this...he didn't come straight out and say yes, but the look he gave said it all.
And...he did not leave his wife for Sheryl Crow. They separated and divorced a while before he even met her and they started dating. He and his wife remain friends and are raising their children together - he sees his children a lot - which is the best thing if they can't be together. He is moving on just as she is...why is that a problem?

No, he separated in early 2003 and divorced in December of that year. He began dating Sheryl Crow that same year.

Still, the statement that he divorced his wife to be with Sheryl Crow is wrong.
He was linked with several other people post-seperation (Sandra Bullock was one) before he was seen with Ms. Crow.
They were two people who get along better as friends than they did as a married couple. It happens all the time. Just because he was trumpted as a hero, it didn't automatically include his wife and their marriage.

The point is that he cheated on his wife. You can choose not to believe it, but where there's smoke, there's fire.
