Does this guy not realize:
a) his team lost the Super Bowl
and
b) he sucked in the big game

Damn the guy for finding a reason to complain about Owens playing!

My favorite quote:
"Donovan, he dry heaves a lot when he gets under certain situations. It's happened before. It's happened in the NFL Championship game."
I used to know a guy who reacted the same way under pressure, and it never ends well. It's too bad McNabb can't handle pressure very well.

As a UCLA fan, I liked and still like Mitchell. I do wish he would back up his words, but he does make me laugh at least. Good thing they cut that article off. He hadn't gotten around to talking about politics, religion or terrorists yet. He got in something for everything else under the sun.
So was Sportscenter just one long Mitchell interview? :D

This is a guy who caught 25 passes and called himself the "People's Champion" for doing so... unsurprising ;).

Well, I didn't see the actual interview and I am biased, but my impression was more that he was stating matter of factly that Owens playing meant he would have less playing time (which, of course, is true).

I'm baffled as to why his teammates and coaches are so quick to allude to McNabb being unable to handle the pressure. They praise him for playing through it, but it seems like he's being damned with faint praise here.

There are lots of players that can catch 25 passes in the NFL. At least he is entertaining.

TO is entertaining. What his name (I cant even say it) is a retard. I cant wait for the day when he is gone.Unfortunately he has one year left on his contract, but some of the other players seem like they are getting tired of him. Pretty sure Hollis Thomas said he wouldnt mind not seeing him back next year.

Leno" What about Freddie mitchell's trash talking during the week?"
Belichick"What did he have for Harrison? 2 dropped passes?"

My favorite part of the article was:
He had one fewer catch than Harrison, who intercepted Donovan McNabb (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?statsId=4650) twice.
