just replace the players.fdt file with the downloaded one. It should be in the main front office directory.

I'm not sure if you need more details or not?

the other way to do it is just download the player file, then select "alternate player file" on the options when you start a new game and it will ask you for the real player file. You can find the answers to a lot of these kinds of questions in the sticky all-inclusive reference thread at the top of the message list.

1. Unzip the file into your main install directory for FOF2004 (c:/Program Files/Solecismic Software/Front Office Football 2004/ is the default in XP.)

2. Make a backup of your original "players.fdt" file.

3. Rename "players2003real.fdt" to "players.fdt"

4. The above instructions will default the game to start with the real-name rosters. You can also choose to "start with alternative player file" and load the "players2003real.fdt" file at that point.

5. Enjoy!
