I absolutely love this game... One thing I wish would be implemented is when I'm hiring coaches. If I try to hire a coach for either o or d coach, they will still ask for the same amount of money as if they were a head coach. I noticed the computer hiring coaches for o and d for the same price as a head coach. If that could be adjusted, this would be nearly the perfect game.

Actually, the coach/scout section of things is a bit.....odd. Right now, my scout is making $780,000, my head coach $18.1M, but my O-Coordinator is making $26.39M :eek: (He is rated "Excellent in every single o-coordinator category, so when his contract comes up I offer him the max my owner will allow.) There's also an AI team paying their coordinator $14.1M, which is more than their head coach, actually more than all but three head coaches in my current universe.

I am paying my coach 8 mil a year. It screwed my finances so he won't be resigned. He ended up signing for about 3 times his original asking price too which is odd.
