Global Options-->Choose/Edit Color Scheme allows you to change quickly between teams when in commish mode.
Using TCY to create draft classes for your league will create more talent than the FOF2K7 engine is expecting and could cause issues with your league. If you do import a draft class, make sure that TCY is installed.
Commishes need to check out the stadium proposal/league suspension e-mails after they enter the draft and before they start late free agency. They are deleted before users get a chance to see them themselves.

They are entered into the Transaction Log, however, and are viewable from there in-game.

Commissioner's may want to consider archiving all incoming files (stages) and all out going stages (sims).

If something happens like a cheat or a bug it is easier to track.
