I haven't been had the urge to poop in a few days. I got a little worried, so I took a laxative and it worked perfectly. Had a nice, quick, poo and it felt normal. Now it's been another 3 or 4 days and I haven't pooped since the laxative.

I have been sick the past week with a bad cold: cough and extremely congested. Took a couple alka-seltzers and some thera-flu. I have been eating pretty normally, but could the fact that I'm sick be playing a part in this?

Another weird thing is that the week before I got sick, everytime I had to go I got cramps like you would when you get diarrhea, then I would go and it wouldn't be full on diarrhea but it wasn't completely normal either.

I'm gettin kind of worried, hoping that being sick is the cause of this. Anyone experience anything similar?

Maybe you have PMS.

Or you could be pregnant.

Could it be too much anal sex? Or not enough?

I think Eric Mangini has experienced something similar...

I would take the laxative again and see if it continues to happen. So long as you're not getting worse, sickness-wise. If you do feel you are getting worse, I would go see a doctor.

I used to have something like this happen to me quite often. The best advice i can give is that right after you take the laxitive, ask for a blumpkin.

He definitely needs a laxative, and perhaps an empty cupboard restart of his career....

Eat some high-fiber foods, apples, whole grains, hell oats cereal will do wonders, and drinks lots of water, all these make your lower G.I. work sooo much better.

You could always try an enema.
