The Sports Game Review. I remember subscribing to it in the early 90s and it was really well put together and had long reviews and articles. Never really seemed to take off as it was renamed PC Sports and games in the middle of its run and then shut down after maybe 2? years. Anyway, I think probably the biggest thing was they rated every game that placed ads in their magazine 5 stars no matter what.

What made me think about it is some guy is selling one of the issues but i dont think ill be paying 12 dollars to read biased views of out dated games. I can get that here for free!
