How would you make a regular photograph to look like a panel in a comic book?

Oh and since I can't see what you posted, if it is a actual photography, this method would be even better. A little more work though since you have to do a combination of line art with pop art.

Oh and since I can't see what you posted, if it is a actual photography, this method would be even better. A little more work though since you have to do a combination of line art with pop art.

An excellent link, Antmeister!
The Bert Monroy example was for comic book drawing, that is, making a line drawing and then using Photoshop to color it. I've had okay results doing that, but its time consuming on an old machine. I can't see the videos either, but I'd bet they are from his appearances on the Screen Savers back when TechTV was in its salad days. God, I miss that network.
