Had one of my fantasy football draft recently. I can't get a good feel if I like my team or not. Yardage/Scoring league (+1 per reception and 6 pnts for passing TD) - everything else is your typical scoring system.
QB: Warner, Leinart, Farve
RB: S.Alexander, D.Rhodes, Addah, A.Green, L. Maroney
WR: T.Holt, S.Smtih, M.Clayton, B.Lloyd,
TE: J.Putzier, J.Klopenstien
K: Akers, M.Bryant
DEF/ST: Seahwaks, Denver
We start 1QB, 2RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1K, 1 DEF/ST
I have a feeling I'll be okay ay QB with Warner/Leinart - my second RB is my biggest question mark - I have 2 stud WR's (although they are both hurt) and the rest of my team is just bla with no depth.

In a 12 team league you did very, very well.
Who gets Alexander/Holt/Smith in a 12 team snake draft?
I like the Farve pick best of all considering you probably got him very late.

I did get Farve late - 9th round to be exact. Here is how the first two rounds went:

1 The Pink Rhinos Larry Johnson (RB KC)
2 I'm the master of low expectations. — W. Bush Shaun Alexander (RB SEA)
3 The Machine Gun Jubblies LaDainian Tomlinson (RB SD)
4 Bridezillas Tiki Barber (RB NYG)
5 Bowling Green Stress Factor Ronnie Brown (RB MIA)
6 Krusty Krab Katchers Steven Jackson (RB STL)
7 Blackbeard's Delight Cadillac Williams (RB TB)
8 KungFu Monkeys Edgerrin James (RB ARI)
9 Tom's Terrors LaMont Jordan (RB OAK)
10 The Gorilla Drug Lords Clinton Portis (RB WAS)
11 I Taste Metal Rudi Johnson (RB CIN)
12 Friggin' Pocket 5's Domanick Davis (RB HOU)
Round 2
13 Friggin' Pocket 5's Peyton Manning (QB IND)
14 I Taste Metal Brian Westbrook (RB PHI)
15 The Gorilla Drug Lords Willis McGahee (RB BUF)
16 Tom's Terrors Reuben Droughns (RB CLE)
17 KungFu Monkeys Reggie Bush (RB NO)
18 Blackbeard's Delight Willie Parker (RB PIT)
19 Krusty Krab Katchers Kevin Jones (RB DET)
20 Bowling Green Stress Factor Julius Jones (RB DAL)
21 Bridezillas Warrick Dunn (RB ATL)
22 The Machine Gun Jubblies Chester Taylor (RB MIN)
23 I'm the master of low expectations. — W. Bush Steve Smith (WR CAR)
24 The Pink Rhinos Thomas Jones (RB CHI)

People drafted 3-4 tier RB's before 1st tier WR's. I don't know - I go for best available strategy.

At 6 points a TD the Manning guy got a bargain but severaly screwed up taking Davis.

If you get anything out of your QB, you should be a definite contender.

Yeah, that looks like a nice team. I for one wouldn't have taken Chester Taylor, Droughns, Kevin Jones, and maybe some others over Steve Smith.

Smith was a steal at that spot, he went early in both my drafts so far, so you got damn lucky.

I'm just concerned about his injury - I just hope they're just taking precautions.

I think he's fine. I also think he way outperformed himself last year. I had him after drafting him in the 5th round of a 12 team league. Very lucky pick but he made so many plays it's not possible to make that many big ones again.

In the one draft I've done so far, with the 10th pick out of 10 teams, I took Holt and Smith back to back figuring they are better value than the lesser running back options. So add Alexander to that and I would be a very happy man.

You would think a near-lock HoF QB like Favre would finally see his name spelled correctly after all these years!
CBF, the way I see it, you did very well at QB if Arizona's offense is as good in practice as it is on paper.
In going back and looking, you got Steve Smith AND Shaun Alexander, with Torry Holt in there as well? Good Lord.
I'm glad I'm not in your league.

I'm glad I'm not in your league.
Why? If you were in his league it would be you and him dominating :)

SO I'm thinking about making a trade offer...
I'll get:
D Culpepper
C Cooley
D Jackson
for
B Favre
T Holt
J Putzier
You think I should offer this?
