Imagine this eBay experience: you purchase tickets to a concert several days before the show. The eBay seller is brand new but tells you they will ship the tickets overnight to you. You pay via Paypal. The day of the concert arrives and you do not have the tickets by 3 PM. You call the seller and discover that they never mailed the tickets because they were so brand new to eBay that they thought you never paid them. How disappointing is that!
