The lesson, as always: Don't give out personal information to people who call you. Still, this one seems a little sneakier than most since it uses the stick (we are coming to arrest you) rather than the carrot (you just won $100,000, but we need to verify your identity to claim it).

I also doubt that if the police wanted to arrest you, they'd tip you off by phoning you to tell you they were coming...
